Read moreI came to Monroe to see my family and Homecoming when i ran into an issue with my key fog getting ruined. My vehicle was stranded in west Monroe and i found a ride to Batteries plus where i met Mr.Bradley Hicks. Not only did he solve my problem but he went out of his way to work several hours after his store closed on his personal time to come fix my vehicle so that i can return to Houston. We were working on my vehicle almost until 10pm and he did not complain once. It’s nice meeting people who are dedicated to their craft and do it for the love of people. Of course i had to pay for the key fog but he didn’t charge me anything extra for his travel and working late hours he just wanted to see me make it back to Houston safe and sound with my son. If there are more people in the world like them this world will be okay! Thank you Mr.Hicks and the great people at...
Read moreI went here to have the screen on my iPhone 5s fixed. The screen had lifted out on one side of the phone, and there were no other problems with the phone. The guy attempted to fix the screen for me, which he did, but he cracked the screen in the process. He did not say he was sorry or accept liability for breaking it. He originally tried to blame it on me and said I brought it to him already cracked, and then all he could say after was that he had fixed the original problem and therefore didn't know what my problem now was. He eventually offered that he could put a new screen on for me at half the price ($70), which I do not find satisfactory. I left the store as he would refuse to do anything for me unless I paid half the cost. I would not recommend going to this store to have your iPhone...
