Absolute PERFECTION! So very glad to see this new Vietnamese restaurant in Monroe! We splurged and got a little of everything! Spring rolls and peanut sauce--fresh and tasty. Korean mozzarella corn dog--AMAZING! Chicken Banh Mi--delicious (crispy toasted baguette, flavorful pickled veggies and tasty marinated chicken). Going to try it on a crossaint next time. Pho--AUTHENTIC with a rich beefy broth, fresh herbs and veggies. Hoisin sauce, Sriracha and chili crisp come on the side, with a lime slice--as it should be, so you can adjust it to your personal preference. (Perhaps the negative reviews just weren't aware that with pho, you start with the base broth and adjust flavor to your tastes with the sides/fixings!)
Bubble waffle and creme brulee matcha--delicious! The coconut slushie was EVERYTHING we needed on this hot summer day! We will be back as often as possible and hope that enough people patronize this lovely place to keep it here for many years to come! Roomy, quiet, clean restaurant, chill atmosphere, cute decor, friendly staff and tasty authentic food. Worth the price. 11/10,...
Read moreThe place is so visually beautiful but I wish the food was as good as the way the place looked. Food wise-- I got an original Korean corndog half cheese and half beef hotdog and the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork. The Korean corndog: The inside of the corndog near the hotdog was still dough. I mean its nice they use fresh dough but I prefer it to be cooked. I brought it up to the two cashiers at the front and one girl said to the other that this was the second time this week and they offered to make me a new one. I was running low on time and took it to go to eat on the way home 30/45 mins away. This second corndog was still not done all the way through. I was very disappointed since I love Korean Corndogs and try them where ever and whenever I can. The Noodles: I've had vermicelli noodles before and these just weren't nearly as flavorful and I was given oil (smelled and tasted like fish oil), some chili sauce, and some peanuts. But where...
Read moreBeautiful place but communication between the counter and kitchen is horrible. I tried to remember it just opened but it’s going to take a lot of work. Waited for 30 minutes just to find out after I take my food to the table that they are out of bean sprouts for my pho and peanut sauce for my spring rolls. Gave me peanuts instead. How do you run out of bean sprouts in a Vietnamese restaurant? Practically every item on the menu has bean sprouts! I certainly wasn’t told this when I ordered 30 minutes ago! Asked for the manager and first told no manager on duty. They are out of town. Then the cashier’s story changed. “The person in charge doesn’t speak English - what do you want me to do?” Refund please. Hubby ate the pho but it was bland even with soy and chili sauce and the spring rolls he had with pork was tasty even without the sauce. But the icing on the cake was the roach that ran across my foot. I don’t see myself...
