Fasta Pasta — Restaurant in Monroe

The food is amazing. I love how customizable the pasta is and there are tons of options. The bread is hit or miss. The first time it was awful (I think I got a bad batch) but I’ve enjoyed it the other times I’ve gotten it. My biggest complaint is that employees don’t get credit card tips. The company steals them and keeps them as free profit. That’s such a scummy business practice. They should remove the option to tip on cards, be transparent on who gets the money, or give the employees their tips. I’m not tipping a business, I’m tipping the workers who took my order and made my food. I’d even be okay if credit card tips were split with the back of house but the owner keeping them is disgusting and dishonest. Do better. Just wasted $10 when the employees truly deserved it. They were beyond patient and understanding with my weird, large order. Extremely friendly women working on 5/5/25 at 12:27. The customer service was AMAZING! Had business in Monroe. Trying to get on road for home before traffic rush. Hungry and needed something quick. Planned to go to the eatery next door but saw Fasta Pasta sign on the suite next to it. I love pasta but... Dare I? Do I have the time?

Went in. So cute. All the pasta selections in pretty glass containers. Clean. Cozy. Asked for recommendation. Sounded good. Paid Went to the ladies room. Also, clean! Came out to sit down and wait. No need to do so. Young lady had my pasta meal packaged to go and had even tied up the top of the bag as I would have done to prevent spilling in the car. Went through West Monroe to hit the interstate ( I know, but it's such a pretty drive by Antique Alley!).

Beat the traffic rush! No problem merging onto interstate from Thomas Road. Turned up the music. Aaron Neville! And home! Pasta and breadstick...

For our travel trip to Monroe, the people at Fasta Pasta reached out to us regarding working with our team for one of our pregame meals, and we are so glad they did! They were extremely helpful throughout the process and was willing to work with our unique situation. We ordered the chicken alfredo, spaghetti and meatballs, special salad, and breadsticks. The chicken alfredo was absolutely incredible! It was more than just a basic chicken alfredo and had seasoning and real parmesan that made it delicious. Another hidden gem was the caesar salad dressing! It was amazing and probably some of the best salad dressing our team has ever had. We will definitely be using Fasta Pasta again next time we...
