Jones For Men Inc — Attraction in Monroe

I really really wish I could give Jones For Men a higher rating because they were great to work with but we had so many issues that I just cannot. For our wedding, we ordered 8 suits - the groom, five groomsmen, and two suits for dads. We did make a lot of changes to the initial order but instead of starting a fresh page to ensure everything was clearly marked, the original choices were crossed out and written over and the page was almost unreadable, which causes a few of the errors (but not all). My husband received the wrong color tie. The suit of one groomsmen had the entirely wrong size pants and his shoes smelled AWFUL. The suit of another groomsmen also had the entirely wrong pants but was told that "it was normal - it's the style now" (though they could not lift their leg or bend over) as well as the shoes were roughly 3-4 sizes too big (again was told this is normal). Then my stepdad received the wrong color vest and tie. The issues were all corrected by the time of the wedding aside from the first groomsmens' pants and shoes (luckily due to the second groomsmens' issues - they just borrowed the extras) but it was truly frustrating to have so many issues to all have to be rectified, especially the ones that were not even a result of us changing the order (like my husband receiving a white tie, the shoe...

If I could give Jones for men 100 stars, I would. This place has always been the go to spot for all mens formal wear, so it was no different for my November 2022 wedding. The father and son were incredibly helpful and flexible with my ideas and my vision, worked with me hands on and did everything they could to make sure everything was perfect for us! They went above and beyond for us everytime I called or came in, but especially on the day of the wedding!! There was an issue with a groomsmen suit, and they rushed there morning of the wedding and they happened to have a suit there in a super similar color, and emergency hemmed the pants and record time to be back for the ceremony and pictures. Being the bride that would be a nightmare but it was done so quick and efficient that I didn’t even know until after that day was over what happened!!

Service is great. I had no clue what I was getting myself into with suits and all that jazz. I’m tall, and my proportions are not the best, so dressing up for me has always been a pain in the rear. Gavin took care of me right away and explained everything to me with great detail. It made the whole operation stress free. I’m picking up my suits today (literally just went in for the first time yesterday) and i’m extremely excited. I went with 2 full suits and an extra shirt. I probably could’ve gotten out with 3 full sets right around $1000. Extremely reasonable. Also sounds like they will take care of any future tailoring needs if you lose or gain a few lbs. Less than 24 Hr turnaround time on 2 suits is crazy! Skip a big chain store; they are going to sell you cheap stuff that fits okay and they won’t really care about your needs getting exceeded.
