Knights of Columbus - Banquet Rental Hall — Attraction in Monroe

The hall was priced well. It cleans up beautifully. They were so helpful in every area. There was one small problem. I guess there was a small problem of people drinking outside, which is not allowed. I understand that. I guess the caterer would say something to the guest but some of the guest did not listen. I was unaware of it. I did get wind of the caterer coming up to the Bride & upsetting her. The caterer was getting upset with the Bride because some of the guest would not listen to her. For one, it is the Bride & Grooms night, no one should approach them with any issues. The caterer should have came to the mother of the bride, which is me. They should not upset the Bride on her day. If there is an issue they should find a member of the family. The caterer did apologize the next day to the bride & groom. We have been told tho that they are complaining about our reception to others that are going to use their hall. I feel if you want to run a great business, do not go bashing others when certain things were out of...

Had an appointment to see the place we were looking to have a reception there possibly. Showed up for a 1 pm meeting and the lady was nowhere to be found. Called her and she sent me to voicemail, then sent a text saying that she would “call me back later” . Very unprofessional. I ended up calling another venue and went to look at it and booked that one the same day. Shame never heard back from this place no call or text. Happy i didnt waste more time...

The experience I had for my event with the lady I was dealing with was terrible. I would love for someone who is in charge of the hall to reach out to me. I can guarantee they do not want their business being ran the way it was...
