The Hub Event Venue — Attraction in Monroe

I will never go back to this establishment ever again. The owner has no customer service skills what so ever. He didn't seem to care that a friend and I was waiting on chicken wings for over an hour, when the bar tender told him about our concerns he just shrugged his shoulders and was like..."I don't care give them a refund." As he was processing the refund the wings finally came out and he just handed my friend and I the plate and walked away. He then went on to tell the 20 people who wanted to order wings that it wasn't anymore left, but then after about 45 minutes later go to the back and get his buddy that he was talking a plate of wings. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They also ran out of alcohol. Me and my friends definitely won't be back to...

We heard this place was hosting a black out party and decided to check it out. First I want to say I'm Never going back to this establishment because the owner knew he had a large party coming, but we was told he was out of wings! How is that possible. Then, all the other guests had to wait 30 minutes to an hour for their food. After being told there wasn't anymore wings some guy was seen eating a fresh plate of wing an hour later. The owner doesn't seem to care about costumer satisfaction at all. A little costumer service goes a long way. It's safe to say I nor anyone I know will ever go to this...
