Overpriced items, listed "On Sale"... If it's always "On Sale", it's not really a discount. I understand the competition with Online Merchants, but maybe it had something to do with transparency. Synthetic Leather costs more than genuine leather? Coats cost $180?? And they aren't even insulated? Or warm? Coupons given at checkout, always...And for the next day? I came today for a reason. Got what I needed. Are you that desperate for repeat customers, that you are bribing them to come back tomorrow - maybe we'll forget about you if we don't come right back...? Oh, and the cashiers... Constantly repeating the amount spent and "you SAVED $xx.xx this visit." Again, it's not a savings if the items are always "On Sale". Sure, we will come in emergencies - when we need something and can't wait 2 days for shipping from Amazon. Other than that, my business is going online. I don't care about fashion, and I'm not a Grandmother buying things for the spoiled grandkids...(nothing against the grandmothers or grandkids, just starting the facts). It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so blatantly obvious and In Your Face about how overpriced it really is. In case you think I'm just exaggerating... The Levi's Coat costs $180 in Kohl's store, with the same exact coat on the KOHL'S website being $89.99 - seriously? Look it up. I do like that Kohl's always has a charity going on. They always have nice gifts with proceeds benefiting _. But this is not enough to keep...
Read moreGood things first: The store is in tiptop shape and it’s also very organized. I am often greeted when staff see me and the stockers ask me how my day is too. Bad news: There is just one older woman at checkout with short dirty blonde hair that was super rude to me last time, explaining that I “make the workers jobs harder” because I moved a hello kitty eye mask off the counter, to the side where the shelf’s are, out of the way for the next person in line during my checkout because I wasn’t buying it. I literally brought it over by accident and the lady ringing me up didn’t inquire to why I put it over there. She just told me never to do that again, she made me feel bad and she went on in a very disrespectful tone. Hopefully, I’ll never get checked out by her again because having social anxiety, I wouldn’t recommend it. She’s ruthless. this had such a big impact on my day given I already deal with rude people everywhere else that I go like come on…
I’ve always been the first person to clean up after myself and put things back where I found them, but there was a lady in line already and I didn’t want to squeeze past her and hold the lineup even more so I just put it to the side, but since that was horrible and made the customer service ladies job harder I just won’t next time. You really can’t make...
Read moreIn my opinion, the best Kohl's store anywhere in the Pittsburgh/Southwestern PA region. Always well organized, clean, nice easy-to-navigate layout, merchandise is well-presented, displays maintained in an orderly and organized fashion (in other words, they are quick to clean up after customers who make a mess of displays/merchandise!) Cashiers and management always a pleasure to deal with, excellent customer service! If you ever have any type of issue, it's obvious that they will go to whatever lengths they are able to make things right, and that's the hallmark of great customer service! I rarely am compelled to write reviews, but the number of exceptional experiences I have had at this store caused me to research a way to leave them some type of praise! Can't think of a single negative aspect to report regarding this particular store! Fantastic shopping...
