This location deserves ZERO stars. I am deeply disappointed at this Red Robin’s service at this location. The manager was not accommodating and did not even want to hear a loyal customers complaint at all. The floors have wet spots where potentially an elderly person can slip and fall. Glenn, the manager at this particular location did not even acknowledge the hazard and did not even bother to even hear a feedback. Who do you go to when you have a complaint like this? I hope corporate does something to acknowledge this problem. This is very disappointing for this establishment to have a location that would present this type of image to fellow loyal customers. I will not ever come back nor would I recommend any one that stays here for conferences or any sports team members to even come here. You will all be disappointed. Having managers that don’t even care about the work that they do and how they are not serious is very concerning. I would be very wary to even dine in here to have someone that does not care about customers basic expectations. To have a manager, whose name was Glenn at this location, to show such a personality, who knows how the workers are even treated. If people were to dine at this location, it’s like saying you’re supporting this system of unfair treatment to customers and the treatment to the servers who will be potentially serving, your family, teammates, colleagues, and yourself. This is such a bad image to Red Robin and to be presented as such, it’s shameful. Hence, to wrap this up, the service received it’s not worth ruining the time you’re spending with your beloved family, teammates and...
Read moreI LOVE Red Robin and am a member of their rewards program, but this location is often a train wreck. The last 2 times I visited it the host and hostess were horrible. The white female hostess looked like a punk rocker, had a major attitude and acted like we were bothering her. The black male host also seemed like he couldn't be bothered and hung out back in the kitchen. When I entered, I was the only one in the lobby. I asked for a table for 1 and was told it would be a 10 minute wait even though the place was almost empty. A few minutes later, a group of 6 people came in and he also told them it would be a 10 minute wait. A few minutes later, he picked up 6 menus and place settings and asked the group behind me if they were ready. I said "I'm ready and I was here first!". He gave me a snotty, insincere "Sorry" and seated them before me. When the other hostess came up, I said "I was here first and he seated the people behind me first." First she said "He must have thought you were all together" and when I told her that I had asked for a table for 1 she replied, "He must have misunderstood you." If you can't understand "Table for 1", maybe being a host isn't for you. You may want to look into a career that involves pushing buttons on a register and asking "Do you want...
Read moreI am very disappointed with my recent visit at the Monroeville Red Robin. I agree with the noted skimpflation remark from another patron. I will address the service as being very confusing .. we had a waitress who did not bring the drinks out first .. my friend was choking on the cheese sticks and I had to find help with getting water with another server. Food was cold and greasy when it was served. BTW the restaurant was not busy. Endless fries were less than a child's portion both times. To make the point .. I called Red Robin CS .. spoke to Kwa .. she gave me a report #01891480 .. someone will get back to me within 24 hrs. Did not happen .. Do yourself a favor .. find a restaurant that will get your needs met in a timely fashion. This Red Robin is not capable of doing that. You are supposed to get 12 cheese sticks .. we only received 8 .. Lastly .. the only tip for the waitress is "Servicing the public is definitely not your Forte"...
