DO NOT BUY FROM ANYYY OF THE COMPANIES LOCATIONS!!!! Negative stars if possible! IN APRIL OF 2021 Even with receipts three years of issues with returning a almost $500 set for my daughter, we've been trying to return them since 2 days after purchasing. They even wanted me to leave my jewelry at one point without the refund. Years later no change in the issue and I tried to scrap the cheap jewelry and got turned down so it wasn't what it was supposed to be which was 14k gold not plated. And now I'm to the point where I'd rather expose them then keep trying to get my refund. Even their parent company can't give me any answers or solutions. At one point I was dealing with a manager in the mall and she tried to call security on me. They came and asked her what the issue was, then informed her that a customer trying to return an item with a receipt isn't a security issue when they can't process the transaction. That manager then sat on the phone for over 2 hours and still couldn't figure out how to process a refund to me. 2024, I spent almost 500 for this set that my kid never got to wear just for it to be plated. No excuses whatsoever can justify...

I used to really like piercing pagoda. I have bought numerous rings, necklaces and earrings from here. On this trip I was wanting to get a ring replaced that I had bought the insurance on. First they did not have the size I wanted. They could not order it bc I would have to pay the difference in price. So I exchanged it for a size I didn't want and I did not get insurance again so I only had 30 days to exchange to get a new size. I had to call multiple times and I checked another location that I'd be visiting they luckily had the size I wanted and did exchange for me. Follow up: how to go back after 2 months from getting my 2-year-old's ears pierced because both of her screw-on backs somehow came off and are now lost. The one ear got clothes but I spoke with someone this morning who said we could get them repairs for free because of the package I purchased which was great.
