The store manager is ridiculous. My grandmother & I went in there and I wanted to make sure this battery operated toy car would fit in my grandmothers car before she bought it (because there are NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS!!!) and he went out to her car-looked at it and said āif you lay the seats down, itāll fit through the trunk.ā
Is being the naive women we are, we believed him. After 6 people trying to help, several different ways putting it into the car-we realized it would NOT fit!! It started to FALL APART! An older woman and man pointed it out it was falling apart. Of course they wouldnāt take it back. So, Iām pieces it was finally able to fit in the car⦠all could have been avoided if they would have just held the money, LIKE WE ASKED, so we could make sure it fit in the car⦠but of course they are only worried about their sales⦠such a shameā¦
Would NOT recommend this place!!!! Lele was wonderful help, but the store manager was NOT!!!!!!! Would give ZERO STARS...

The representative I spoke to on the phone stated I was okay until the end of this month for my layaway bye to her not looking at her own system properly, my layaway was canceled and I was told I would need to put the item back into layaway with no compensation for the inconvenience or initial down payment I lost.
