Nice merchandise and friendly staff only complaint is the store is cramped. The layout is poorly designed. This location lacks merchandise, I've been there several times over the last 2 years and it's ALWAYS the same. Plenty of empty shelves and a lack of good clothing or house items. It's very rare to walk out of a Ross empty handed yet I've found myself not buying anything.
