I ordered a new phone for in store pickup a couple of weeks ago. I did this before the store opened, fully expecting it to probably be a couple hours after the store opened before I got the email to come in. Around 1 in the afternoon, I didn't get any email. I asked my mom to take me up there before she went to Walmart so I can check on it. At first, they told me that it would be a couple of days before they would get it as it was being shipped to them. I told them that's not what online said and that they should have it in stock. Otherwise I would have sent it to the other store in the first place. I was not prepared for what was going to happen. He went to go speak with someone at one of the computers. He came back and told me that it was pack n play fault and that I would have to call customer support to get it fixed. I finally get the customer support number (I didn't know it by heart because I normally don't have issues with Verizon). I called customer support to find out NONE OF IT WAS MY ISSUE TO BEGIN WITH. The woman the man had spoken to REFUSED TO CALL CORE when customer support told her to and that core wouldn't talk with me as I was a customer. I finally got my order canceled and was able to place the order at the one on Garth. They had my phone ready within a half hour. I will NEVER go to this Verizon again.    Read moreAn unauthorized manager came into the store, their phone was attached to my account. The phone was broken they asked for the billing pin he didnt know it. The employee then proceeded to illeaglly change my billing pin without my knowledge or consent then proceeds to upgrade the phone charging the unauthorized manager over 500 to pay off the phone. After several back n forth convos with the mamager he assures me he will refund the transaction just bring the phone in ..... we come in he factory rests the phone and then tells me he cant refund the $500 + dollars .... we call corporate customer service together because im already fed up with the back and forth they send us from customer service to fraud, fraud says its not fraud because the store authorized the transaction and they are required to refund me meanwhile the manager is refusing to explain the full reason why I need a refund to corporate. My issue is still unresolved at this time. The employee who caused all the issues while clearly proving to be a liability to the company is still employed there.
