All of these great reviews are people who have no idea that they were played! They most definitely were over charged and lied to they just don’t know it! Purchased 2 Sealy twin xl mattresses and 2 deluxe adjustable bases. Paid about $4000 for all. We were told we had to get those bases in order to have a warranty on them. When they arrived over a week late, one didn’t work. It took almost 3 weeks to get the replacement in. When they came back to install it, they didn’t test it and it was not placed evenly with the other bed so there was a huge gap between them. The lights under the one they brought as a replacement continuously comes on all through the night and day. And then the remote stopped working a week later. I called the store and was told I would have to make a warranty claim. I then went through their ridiculous online support to place warranty claim only to receive an email stating it wasn’t covered under their warranty and to contact the manufacturer. They said I would need the receipt and sent me a copy of a receipt that clearly reads no refunds, no exchanges on it. Which is not what we were told by the sales guy. Their sales people are very dishonest and have no clue about their own policies or warranties! I will not be purchasing from them again and I do not recommend them to anyone! I feel like we were...
Read moreTakeya was awesome and helped us find the perfect bed! Only problem we had was the contracted delivery people should be fired and never used again by this outstanding company. The subcontractor was a nightmare claiming 1st they delivered it at 2:30pm, 2nd at 4pm they said they were outside of our house (not true & photos proved that) and by 5pm they said we were too far away and they didnt understand our address in Beach City saying it did not exist. Subsequently at 7, 8 and 9pm respectfully the subcontractor delivery manager started calling me and harassing me on the telephone. Meanwhile Joshua & Tamika in dispatch along with our sales girl Takeya with mattress firm were on the phone with me constantly helping me and working out other means for delivery. They got us a new delivery subcontractor, reloaded another truck gave us additional upgrades (without us asking) and had our new bed set up by 2 very nice men and we ready to sleep in by 10:30pm. That is customer service above and beyond!! I cannot be the only one the 1st subcontractor has done that to so I would tel Mattress firm corporate to do a better job in hiring and background checking their sub contractors OR have their delivery in house to avoid problems like this...

Jessica was phenomenal- she expertly fitted us to the right mattress after we’ve been sleeping on a horrible one for years. She educated us on the different materials that go into the construction of their mattresses, how the adjustable base works, and helped us find the perfect fit. It was the first and last place we shopped. Considering the amount we invested, it says a lot about the level of service we experienced to buy without feeling like we needed to shop around. Jessica was kind, honest, and patient as we tested several options she expertly selected for us. The mattress and base were delivered next-day with several updates on the delivery time. The crew arrived perfectly on time, were polite and professional, and kept our home clean.
