I can't belive Jason is still a manager at this store terrible manager give multiple excuses that don't make any type of sense also best has never contacted me on the issue I wrote this past year review and now I'm submitting another claim get on the ball best buy #firejason
Every time I walk into this best buy I seem to attract terrible customer service. I don't understand why I can walk into Rancho Cucamonga store or Covina and receive awesome customer service but yet this store is different I do not understand why. I walked in this store on 6/20/14 and purchased an Iphone 5s Glass zagg screen protector, Lifeproof Samsung galaxy s5 phone case, otterbox defender Samsung galaxy s4 case and purchased the service to install the screen protector on the Iphone. I have been told multiple times that the service to install the Iphone screen protector is lifetime guarantee and if I broke it I can walk in with a new glass screen protector and have it installed when purchasing the product and service I was not asked if I would like to put this on my best buy rewards card I then asked for the "Manger" Jason and asked him to put this purchase on my rewards membership the "Manager" explained to me that I can put it on my membership online threw the web site then asked why I would want to do that I then explained it was for the lifetime warranty on the installation service and he proceeded to tell me that I have been misinformed and I was degrading him from his management position with best buy cause I asked for him to email other managers from different store to inform their own employees not to give misleading information to customers and requested that I give him specific names of employees that have told me this information Jason then explained to me that he has worked for years as management for best buy and other company's before and that is not how things are done and he would not email or inform his employees or other mangers from different stores of this policy but demanded that I still give him specific employees names I did not understand from a customer service point of view why a "Manger" would not want to inform his employees of this policy I have worked in customer service for 5+ years and if I seen customer being missed informed I would call or email other stores of the customers issues and to please inform their employees of incorrect information. I will not return to this store again for being missed inform and for having Jason not want to back up the company he works for and not wanting to help customers though...
Read moreUnfortunately I had to give this Best Buy location 0 stars.. I shop at Best Buy stores all the time. I always had a wonderful shopping experience until today. I was just racially discriminated by a White female employee named Felisha. I am not a person who just easily throws out an accusation as awful as that. .. I'm originally from the deep south of the United States and I have experienced racial profiling on many levels. So for me to label someone as that , you really have to earn it with me.. I was shopping for an Amazon Alexa product. I did not see it on being displayed on the show room floor so I flagged down Felisha to ask did they have the item I was looking for. She told me they have the item in stock but it's in the back and she sent another employee to go get it. When he came back he gave me the item and I told him thank you , but as I begin to walk away and continue to shop, Felisha stopped me and told me that I was not allowed to put my item in my cart and she would have to hold on to it until I was finished shopping and ready pay for it. She told me that this is the store policy,, which I found it kinda strange because the price of item was very inexpensive ??? I continued to shop on the other side of the store , I got assistance from another employee for high price 150 dollar Logitech smart-remote control which I was planning to buy as well... This employee was very polite and professional and I told him I wanted to purchase the smart remote. He said " OK Great" just take it up front to the cashier.. That threw me in a headspin because I was told something totally different by Felisha . I asked him about the same store policy that Felisha explained to me and he answered with a confused look and he told me that there is no such thing of a policy like that here??? I even asked a third employee about the store policy that Felisha explained to me and he said he's never heard of that either and I also witnessed two White customers who purchased items 10x more expensive than mines and they were not told that they could not keep their items in they cart . They allowed them to continue shopping. I really hope that upper managment will investigate this because Feliesha is an utter disrespect to the Best Buy brand because they seem to be somewhat of a terriffic company and Feliesha is nothing but flat-out racist who needs to...
Read moreI went into Best Buy Montclair back in October (2020) and I was greeted in the customer service area by Kassandra! Kassandra was extremely AMAZING and super attentive to my need as a customer.
Kassandra had saw I was waiting in line for a long period of time as she was dealing with another customer concern (sorry customer) and as that customer left (who gave Kassandra an extreme hard time) 🙄 - I low key heard the entire rant (we’re in a pandemic ppl need to honestly chill and be nice!!) ... anyway... MY REVIEW... Kassandra still greeted me with the upmost friendly smile (even behind a mask) and she apologized for my long long delay in wait of line and just me, myself working in customer service myself (especially during a pandemic) I really had the full right to say to Kassandra in quote “I totally understand, no need to apologize at all”. Kassandra asked what I was here for and I waited in line only to just get geek squad assistance for my Apple Watch (screen protector assistance). Kassandra felt bad for my long wait just for me needing something so small and again I said “all good”. Overall she was quick, fast, took care of me as a customer and got me the geek squad service I needed!
Geek Squad - Okay i don’t know what’s up with ppl giving workers a hard time especially during a pandemic because the same custom gave Israel a hard time too (🙄) but anyways (my review again), Israel at geek squad Montclair assisted with my installing my Apple Watch screen protector (didn’t even wait long). Israel put my Apple Watch screen protector to the best of its perfection with ZERO BUBBLE SCREEN MARKS and his overall attentiveness to giving quick service with 100% perfect service! The screen protector on my Apple Watch made a significant difference it doesn’t even look like a protector is even on my watch (which makes it more perfect). Israel was so attentive, kind, nice and so professional with great personality!
These TWO specific workers made the overall experience at Best Buy Montclair so great and seriously they deserve true recognition or some type of award to be shown they are above and beyond in taking care of those who come shop at Best Buy Montclair! Thank you so much Israel and Kassandra. Sorry the review took so long to write! This was for sure on my list of things to do still! Glad...
