I usually love this AMC but not last night. I easily ordered tickets online for my family and me to see "Captain Marvel" in 3D (theater #7). Parking wasn't the easiest. The lot was 95% full so we had to drive around until we found a space by the Carl's Jr. But being that it was a Saturday night, it's hard to deduct stars for that, so I won't. Going in and getting stuff at the refreshment stand went smoothly. The entire staff, from the ticket taker to the guy behind the refreshments counter was very friendly. And as an AMC Stubs member, I used the priorty line so it quick and painless. But after that, it became an offical FAIL. My biggest issue and reason for my rating is based on theater #7's audio quality. It was TERRIBLE! No surround sound AT ALL, the sound only came from speakers near the screen and the volume was much lower than when I had seen it on Thursday over at the AMC Universal Studios City Walk location. I could barely hear the dialogue. I asked my kids and they agreed but they said they were ok with it and since 1.) I had already seen it and 2.) no one else seemed to complain, I decided not to make a fuss. But it really took away from my usual ability to get immersed in a film. So I would have rated my experience a 3, but I knocked it down to a 2 based on the difficulty I had discarding our food/beverage trash after the film was over. EVERY SINGLE TRASHCAN from Theater 7 to the front door exit was BEYOND FULL, stacked HIGH above the rim with popcorn buckets, hot dog/nacho boxes and empty drinks cups barely balancing on top of each other. While carefully attempting to throw away my items, I almost knocked over like 15 other things from the towering garbage structure. Read moreI'm Divided not really sure how to rate this AMC it typically is pretty Decent I visit at least 2x -3x a month with my kiddos and hubby. Yesterday I went super early to try and see Baby Boss there were only 3 separate seats at different locations of the theater.. Being that my kids are 7 and soon to be 2 we could not sit separately there were some seats in the Handicap section. I understand that per Policy they cannot release those until maybe 5 to 10 minutes before show time. I was okay with that I understand but then Hubby and I decided to take it as an opportunity to watch LOGAN.. we had to drop off the kiddos at my moms and be back in 45 minutes we were back in less than that wanted to see LOGAN but out of curiosity asked to see what seating Baby Boss had they had given away the Handicap seating when only 20 minutes before i had asked about it an they had told me they could not release those to anyone until the last 15 minutes i was a bit upset because i felt i was lied too. But then when i got my LOGAN tickets and walked over to the seating area there was a couple sitting there .. We came up to them and they said not these are our seats i had to walk out and get staff and miss the first 15 or so minutes of the movie .. :( ... as soon as they staff approached the couple they just got up and walked out .. the couple had not even paid for their tickets but thought it was okay to take our seats... I did not see staff tell them anything else as they walked out .. This really bugged me because we missed a good portion of the beginning.. :( and these people had no reciprocation for their actions.. or nothing was offered to us for the inconvenience of this. Read moreIve been coming to this theater for about 2 years i live in the area, this AMC lacks communication with its customers place is always dirty, restrooms are always not cleaned for instance ive tried calling the amc number provided online with no answer whats so ever. Been calling them for hours and no answer i have call logs and screenshots and recordings thats they never pick up the phone not even once and to top it off i went there to actually see whats going on, sat down got a drink from there awful drinking fountain And decided to call them and give it a try and see if they do change my mine lol not even a ring or not one picked up ??!! Do they even have a phone to contact them or to even speak with the manager!?! Did i say that one of there employees even said that they dont even clean out the popcorn machine they leave crumbs of leftovers from who knows when?! Ive been doing my own investigation of this place and its one of the worst amc I’ll recommend no one to actually spend there money here unless you want to get food poisoning or one of there employees harassing you ive seen it they dont have respect for the people that come to enjoy a movie with there family’s here all these comments on here are false about this place amd someone from corporate needs to find out whats...
