Its with a heavy heart I have to write such a bad review for this place. I tried to message Sarah the owner privately but was still not heard by her and was responded to rudely. (Photo of chat included) my family have been coming for years, even having a few bday parties here.., and after this last visit we can no longer support this business. If you have a child with special needs or any disability at all, this is not the place for you. Earlier this week my children had a day off from school so we visited this location. All my husband and I wanted was to take our children to a place where they can have fun instead I was questioned about my son's disability. As we entered this location I didn't notice anyone behind the counter at first, after a couple of mins Sarah the owner finally appeared and charged me. The topic of my son having autism came up and in that quick interaction Sarah managed to question me and have the audacity to ask "do you think vaccines caused your son's autism?" This made me VERY uncomfortable. She tried continuing the convo and I quickly said my foods getting cold to avoid any further questioning and leave this awful convo. Other things noticed... Sarah was never behind the counter the entire visit. For 3 hours she sat with the same guest gossiping, she got up a couple times to throw a couple balls back in the pit and that's about it. Never did I see her disinfect or clean, never wiped down or cleaned a table, never swept at all during my long visit..and if you walked in you wouldn't even think she worked there, much less the owner. The bathrooms are disgustingly dirty. The boba bar area doesn't look like a boba bar at all. In fact, when getting ready to leave I wanted to order one just to see how it was and Sarah didn't want to get up and help me. She instead pointed to an older lady that appeared to had just got there in reg clothes, not wearing anything indicating she was an employee. When the lady was making my drink she seemed confused and asked Sarah if an item was what she needed to make my drink. Sarah then proceeded to ask her from across the room "You don't know the difference between black tea and chai?" With a sarcastic smirk on her face belittling the employee. Perhaps if your boba bar was organized properly and employees were trained properly she wouldn't have had to ask you for help. I asked for clear lychee jelly and received multi colored jelly with no straw. It was ok. At this point I just wanted to get out of there. They also have TVs that aren't being used. And a little speaker to play music you can barely hear. Also, she admits guests that appear to be viably sick into her playground. I witnessed children with discolored snot running down their face. If children appear visibly sick it's probably a good idea to turn them away. This is probably the reason why every visit my kids become ill. People after me were offered return stamp cards for future visits, I was never offered one when I was paying. Do better. Be more professional. Don't give opinions when opinions aren't wanted. "Got it" never apologized for offending me and making me feel uncomfortable with...
Read moreParents looking for some quiet work time or just a break from the little ones then this is your safe haven! My 2 and 4 year old did not bother me for 3 hours while we were here. No incessant asking for snacks, attention, screen time or fighting over toys. There are plenty of tables inside and a huge parking lot. Best time to go is during the weekdays since they tend to close early on the weekends to host private parties. I am willing to drive 25 minutes because this place not only offers hours of entertaining play time but delicious drinks too. My favorites are the Strawberry Matcha and Dirty Horchata. A win-win for kids and parents!!
The fee for an all day pass for 1 child is $20 with tiered discounts for multiple kids. If you plan to come here more than 5 times a month then the monthly pass will be worth it, which is $100 for 1 kid and $150 for 2 kids (prices as of May 2022). I like the peace of mind knowing my kids are safe in an enclosed playground with the added comfort of an air-conditioned room! Last but not least the owner Sarah is just pure awesome. HIGHLY...
Read moreMy son loves coming here, we have such a wonderful time at Little Dimples. The space is bright and usually it is full of energy. There are many engaging activities such as slides, ball pits, a trampoline, play kitchen, and bikes. I noticed they have been updating their equipment, the staff is also very friendly and helpful. You are able to take your own food inside, they have a boba cafe, wifi, parents don’t have to pay for their entrance, and your admission is good all day. You are able to leave and come back later in the day if you wish. I love bringing my toddler here to play while I get some schoolwork done. They offer monthly passes as well and it has been a life saver. I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a fun, stress...
