I can't thank you enough for the care and attention your nurses and the Doctor: Porral, and my little boy surgeon Dr.Gelvezon and her surgical Team for giving my son Jason Merino his childhood back, thank you both for making this world a better place...

For the past 4 days...

This has been a very difficult time for our family, but it could have been much worse were without your dedication and expertise. My family and I are truly grateful for the level of care your team were able to administer to my 10 year old son surgery and recuperation, But we're also grateful for the time your Team took to talk with us to help us better understand our options.

It was a great comfort. We had a private room with guests bed of it's own, just for us and the family with courtesy breakfast, lunch, dinner plates in a very fancy way that makes you forget that you are in a hospital... I TRULY RECOMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE IN NEED I CAN ASSURE YOU WON'T REGRET IT... OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE NEVER TAKE TIME TO DO THIS REVIEW BEST BELIEVE IT...

I would like to take a little time to do a special thanks to my sons nurses, NURSE EVELYN wow you gave us the best welcome experience to the hospital so much that my son keep asking for you🤗, NURSE HNIN thank you so much for the teddy bear you gave my son after surgery, he never left it and always slept hugging it thank you so much you are a very humble and sweet person, NURSE ANA very professional and dedicated to your patients. NURSE (ARACELY) WOW YOU REALLY, REALLY MADE US ALL FEEL LIKE HOME SPECIALLY MY SON JASON, AND I HIS FATHER YOUR PASSION TO YOUR JOB IS SPECTACULAR YOU ARE THE REASON WHY I BELIEVE IN THIS WORDS? I am not one to be leaving reviews for hospitals due to me working in the medical fields. But let me start off by saying that the ER in this hospital is by far the worst. I took my mom in for her having high blood pressure. After my mom explained her symptoms the nurse doing intake heard her try to spit out some phlegm and by that he said that she had a sinus issue and they weren’t going to worry about it. My mom then gets put on a bed and the nurse which I forgot her name said that she had anxiety before even evaluating my mom. The nurse then came to me and said that I should wait in the waiting room to protect myself since I am pregnant. With in half an hour the nurse come to me in the waiting room asking me to speak to my mom and convince her to stay so they can get the lab results since they with drew blood. I walk back into the ER and go to my mom and ask her why she wants to leave. My mom explains to me that she was explaining to the nurse that she felt a strong bold headache in the back of her head and the nurse then went back to the nurse station and started laughing stating that my moms story wasn’t straight and she kept changing her symptoms. Let me mention that my mom’s primary language is Spanish. So she tried explain to them in her broken English. I explained to the nurse that my mom didn’t feel comfortable being there because she was being laughed at by MEDICAL STAFF and that they weren’t paying attention to her diagnosis. Then my mom tells me that the Attending ER physician went up to my mom and told her “ you know this is an emergency room for emergencies only “ and my mom told him to not be mad and that he’s here to help people. I explained to the nurse that they all had bad patient care and she apologized to my mom and they started paying more attention to her symptoms. My mom ended up getting admitted to the hospital and got discharged the following day still feeling bad. I don’t understand how the medical staff can be so unprofessional when they chose to go into a field where they’re suppose to be caring for patients. Seems by previous reviews we weren’t the only ones that experienced bad patient care in the ER. That should be a clear sign that they need more training of how to treat...

My wife went to 2 different ERs and 3 doctors upon that visit found something was very wrong with her heart. She was told it’s not safe for her to even drive to another hospital. Unfortunately our insurance wouldn’t cover a stay at those hospitals. So we were forced to transfer her here. When we showed up this hospital was filthy, the charts had old patients medical info and contact info on it(HIPAA violation). The room feels like a prison and their was belongings from a previous tenant lying around.

She’s there for her heart with excruciating chest pain, so you think they would take her seriously right? Well both doctors and nurses were very dismissive of her pain and concerns, they started to ignore her, gave her a busted gown, didn’t give her patient band until after 16 hour. The cardiologist there is full of himself and said nothing is wrong before even testing her. This genius just said take a couple of Tylenol each day and live out the rest of your life. He also said chest pain is no reason to go to the ER or be admitted to a hospital. He decides to run a stress test first thing Saturday morning. That’s 23 hours after she was transferred for having a severe heart condition as noted by the other hospital’s ER doctors. So it’s Saturday morning and before the test even really starts the doctor is already setting up the discharge papers. Is this place really a hospital? This is a sick joke, the doctors and nurses are a sick joke and the fact that insurance forces people to go here is a sick joke. If you have a life or death situation your better off trying to save them yourself. If a poor soul dies because of they all should be held accountable and if the insurance forces them here they should definitely be held accountable too. My wife’s life was put on the line because of these clowns. Hospital is full of medical dropouts at least that’s what it feels like for a patient there. Not one positive thing to say about this place. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE...
