What a GREAT beach access in Carmel by the Sea!! Cool temps, saw a teenager have a surprise birthday party, easy access with stone steps, a spicket to rinse your feet off with, and plenty of space to put your blanket. The water was ice cold but there was somebody there with the professional camera and zoom lens in the water taking pictures of two Surfers.
