This was my first full spa day and it was a day to remember for sure. My husband had booked three treatments for me for our anniversary so I could experience real relaxation to wind down from the stress of work and life. I did the floaty bed to start with (I don't remember what it's called). It felt like a warm blanket and helped me to calm down. Then a wonderful hot stone massage that really melts away tension and tight muscles. Lady but not least was a facial which left my face glowing and dewy and my skin felt amazing. 🤩 I really enjoyed lounging around in the different areas in between treatments. They even had beverages and snacks! The gazebo in the treatment waiting area was my favorite as it had a fire going in the middle so it's nice and warm, and comfy lounge chairs with blankets all around it. I went to the juice bar. I had a smoothie break in morning, and then went for lunch. Lunch was delicious although it was busy so it took more time than I hoped and I was getting nervous thinking I would be late for my next appointment as I'm a slow eater, but it all worked out. The entire experience was luxurious and restful. I would definitely go again!

As avid spa-goers, I have a lot to compare it to and I have to say my first and o my visit was a disappointment. The spa itself is fine. It a nice resting area with a fire pit in the middle that was good when I went since it was empty but it has a ton of chairs so it would not be as nice if busy. What I noticed is sparse water/tea offerings, kind of neglected and minimal snacks eg nuts. No iced tea and the hot tea was at a weird sink with tea bags that just didn’t feel luxe. There was a nice spa menu (available online) with enough offerings for everyone- smoothies, night bites and more substantial items. The food items were average in taste and quality. There was a small room with four zero gravity chairs to recline with your feet above your head if you choose. In the waiting area, there are coloring pencils and pages with designs to color as a meditative, relaxing thing which is a nice touch I have not encountered anywhere else. Locker room is attended somewhat and the lockers are ample with a small amenity kit which was a nice touch. The real downside here was my service. I got a body scrub and massage and I was unfortunate to get paired with the worse therapist I’ve ever had. Not friendly, gruff and so bad I could not even enjoy the treatment. I’ve had mediocre massages but this was horrible. It ruined the entire day and left a bad impression. I usually don’t give bad feedback- I just don’t return, but I did end up giving feedback upon checking out and they did their best to rectify the experience, so I do appreciate managements actions. I think with a great therapist, this could’ve been a place to come back to and worth a try but I did want to give a complete review. This isn’t a spa in a strip mall, for this category of spa, we were left...

Love the facilities and ambience but unfortunately our experience from start to finish was nowhere five star. First, they couldn't find our reservation of 4 although I had printed confirmation. We end up getting split up at different times which is fine but unfortunately with not the services we requested. You would think all therapists are qualified to do different massages but we all had to do the same massage for a shorter time. My boyfriend said it felt like it was someone caressing him - no pressure. Too expensive for a subpar experience. The most disappointing was having to hear the staff everywhere we went. Kim talks extremely loud, her voice carries throughout the property and the two up front were gossiping non stop about their co-workers. I was waiting for my boyfriend's service to be finished before we settled up and it was like they were nervous we weren't going to pay and followed me out to the courtyard pretending to do something and brought it up so randomly. I let her know we would like to close once his services finished but she brought me the bill for both anyway. Be aware that the cafe has gratuity added but they don't mention it or show you the itemized receipt for you to know this. I found this out by one honest employee on the day I checked out after double tipping all week. That's sneaky and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Although I asked to speak with a manager earlier in the week to discuss my experience, no one ever...
