One of the most amazing accomodation experiences we have ever had! The service at Casa Palmero really cannot be described. We stayed for three nights in August 2024, and played Pebble Beach Golf Course during our stay.
From the moment you arrive at Casa Palmero, you enter a world of relaxation and experience amazing service from the entire team.
Upon arrival we were greeted by Michael who gave us a full tour of the resort, providing history about the building and complimentary (and paid) services available. Including the snack bars, complimentary daily in room breakfast, complimentary cocktail hours among others.
Michelle was very helpful in organising any additional bookings or services in the lead up to our arrival, and was very friendly on site.
Martin was always going above and beyond to see if there is anything he could assist with or if we needed anything.
All of the staff at Casa Palmero go above and beyond for their guests and it really shows, it is potentially the best service we have ever received.
The food at dinner was exceptional, the daily in-room breakfast was also very good.
The spa facilities were also amazing, although we did not have any spa services, we were able to use the general services such as sauna, ice bath, hot tub, etc.
During our ~5 week trip through the USA, this was the only place that we really didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay…
We will definitely be back to Pebble Beach and would not hesitate to book Casa Palmero again. If you are considering staying, you will...
Read moreI didn't really have any expectations for this property. Yes, it's expensive but all I knew of it was that it is on Pebble Beach, which I knew was a golf course. So we arrived after we'd been in California for close to a week driving up the Coast and well, we just loved it here. What a beautiful resort! The room was luxurious; we could close the hustle and bustle of the rest of Pebble Beach off by entering this property. Breakfast is served in the room (we are not big breakfast eaters so this was perfect) and hors d'oeuvres and wine in a common living room (the shrimp and crab claws are as good as it gets--you won't need dinner but we forced ourselves). The service throughout our stay was matchless--someone is always there to answer a question or clean up your room--but it is at the same time very low key.||The town of Carmel is very close and we enjoyed our excursions into it for shopping and dinner. I took long walks along the golf courses and my husband greatly enjoyed the large swimming pool at the resort's health club (which is included). ||This is a beautiful place and I can highly recommend it to people who like their privacy and enjoy...
