Worst customer service ever! Ive had to deal with corporate two months now. They dont return phone calls. I bought a product that was packaged wrong..so the product I was wanting wasn't what I was getting, probably why the charger wasn't working with this product but I couldn't return it. Called corporate. "Heather" told me she would send me a new one. Waited about 2 weeks and then called back to find out when it would arrive. She tells me it was already shipped by ups. I never got a tracking number from the beginning and I was home when it supposedly delivered. I never got the package! The ups driver never delivered the package to my address. I filed a police report...ups is reimbursing them so they can reship my product that got lost in the mail but get this....instead of making it right and reshipping, Kalli's is keeping that money. Heather tells me there is nothing more she can do that if I still have my receipt I can send that along with the used product to the manufacturer in hopes they replace my product. I will never shop at a Kalli's again after...

Ok so I was unsure about visiting the store or doing a review. The staff was nice and not pushy. They will card everyone that enters. They had stuff I didnt know existed so the selection was great. If you need a gift for a fun party or shower or maybe something for yourself this is a great place to go. You can see the merchandise first hand and not guess from online pictures. They test everything to make sure it works before you leave the store. They have lingerie and funny items and gifts as well as what you would expect. It can be overwhelming but take some time, look around and maybe you will find...

Store says it all. However I will say the employees here are awful. Terrible. They make fun of customers right there with customer there. They talk in 3rd party and refer to her as different but you would have to be really completely dumb not to know. They did it to me. Twice. I knew they were talking about me. The first time I ended up leaving items there and leaving without purchase. 2nd time I just ignored them and pretended it wasnt me. Sigh. They just about ruined it both times. Not sure I will go back but not sure of another store like this one. ...
