I looked forward to coming to this event: The Frostival Soup tasting competition. I held open doors for people coming in, I had a really good time talking to the bartenders and cracking jokes and enjoying a budweiser. Apparently, it was just too triggering for the other customers for me to wear my Vieitnam Veteran hat to honor my father who served in Vietnam but was stationed in Okinawa. I'm mixed race. And sometimes I look either or, neither nor, sometimes I look Asian. Sometimes I look Hispanic. Sometimes I look Native American. Sometimes I look Middle Eastern. Sometimes I look white but this month is Black History Month. America wouldn't be what it is with out all of us. Like a delicious bowl of soup. I noticed that no people of color were in your establishment. Well, now I know why and it's not the customer service or the managers. I had good experience with them. It's the customers themselves. I am who you fought for. Life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, freedom of speech, freedom of expression, etc. I was told to take a meaningful hat off my head because I guess it just was too offensive to you. Was it how I looked? I am so confused the behavior of this whole community on both sides of the river. I have done nothing but serve all of you by picking up your garbage, doing the recycling, and more. I am not crazy. I was born and raised in North Dakota on a farm eating Lutheran church basement suppers and crockpot hotdishes and soups. This community with their hot and cold behavior and their passive-aggressive Minnesota Nice paper cuts with their smiles is what's crazy. I am allowed to be who I am. I am allowed to be Ravn-Thor. I am a descendant of warriors. I am from a military family, and I scored top tier on the ASVAB back in the 2000s. I could not enlist due to "dont ask, dont tell." I couldn't enlist before I turned 36 either because of my Lupus disease. I'm one of those queer transgender ppl meanie talking heads and politicians tell you to hate. Myself and the #real ones are actually helping your queer youth be fed and not cry themselves to sleep at night bc for some reason you need a scapegoat to blame, shame, and hate. You customers treated me the same way Vietnam veterans were treated when they returned home. Thanks for the #goodsoup. But the ' "Senstive" customers need to grow another pair. Love, Special snowflake Ravn-Thor #WinterIsHere P.s. I donated my last pair of matching gloves bc I know what it's like to be left for dead in the cold for a community you fought for that is misaligned with...
