Tried to purchase a nice cell phone to use without having to worry about my online bank account being hacked, or my email accounts, etc. After getting on a 2-year plan with T-Mobile, my T-Mobile account was hijacked and my debit card number access and used by one of their employees. My email address passwords were changed, my SIM card was Swapped, and the management refused to do anything about it. What a nightmare. I think someone is on a revenge trip, and is using their employer's name (Mayo Clinic) as a method of manipulating these impressionable young employees. This is absolutely wrong, as I have done NOTHING to deserve this, except receive a diagnosis of "terminal cancer", and then get fired. They haven't let up for a minute. Now T-Mobile is stalking me, bullying, harassing me, robbing me, stopping me from making phone calls, writing text messages, filling out forms online. After an hour of wasting time, I found it it wasn't a free "I pad" but a Samsung tablet. I didn't get it. I was also told all my information from my old phone would transfer to the new phone. Another, lie. Not everything transferred. No log ins nor passwords, or favorite apps. I will stay with T mobile but no longer deal with a store who has employees who lie to customers to make a sale....

Good thing I came to this store to consider that alternative! I ended up finding an individual plan that was less expensive than my parent's provider had quoted me at for my own individual line...
