Moraga Commons Park is a fantastic spot for toddlers, preschoolers, nannies, grannies, dads, and families alike. The location is perfect, offering multiple playgrounds that keep the little ones entertained for hours. The friendliness of the neighbors adds to the charm, making it a welcoming environment for everyone. The updated bathrooms and picnic areas are a huge plus, making it easy to spend a relaxing day here. It's truly a wonderful place to visit and one of the highlights of living in this area.

Nice , green, open area. Amenities for all ages. Clean bathrooms and water fountains. Central location. May2024 update.. park largely as before, except the bathroom building has been completely replaced. New building is clean, attractive, and has 4 unisex private lockable bathrooms, with running water and soap. New drinking fountain and water bottle filter on the side. Nicely done!

Absolutely lovely, lovely park. Trees for shade, nice clean bathrooms, working grills, AND the most fantastic GATED sensory playground. As the mom of a child on the spectrum, this was a wonderful place to spend a Saturday afternoon.

I used to love this park, but they started chopping down trees and putting horrible chemicals everywhere to kill the cute little moles... So are at least three tree stumps now from trees that were very healthy and beautiful, and they will be replaced by tiny new trees. These were trees that gave us shade throughout the summer. It's also very sad to see trees be chopped down in a park that doesn't have that many large trees to begin with! Those trees could have provided shade, beauty and joy for years to come. I'm wondering how many more trees they will chop down. 😣 Perhaps more dangerous, there are a bunch of little white flags for where they put chemicals to kill wildlife. It's still a nice park objectively, but it's really toxic to have poison all over the grass when kids and dogs go there to run and play. Otherwise, a...

Usually busy. Tons of kids and parking is usually filled so you’d have to park on the street. Restrooms are available, basketball courts, volleyball, skate park, and also 2 structures for big kids and toddlers which is gated. Also near a trail that goes to Lafayette and also some other activities on the back side of the park. There are also activities that are presented on Thursdays and also other events like fireworks on the 4th of July, food and jumpers for kiddos, concerts, and more. Great place to relax. A few BBQ grills, tables, tons of picnic space, and just for some family time as well. Morning is usually extremely busy and also after...

This park is amazing. The first playground we visited had handicap-friendly equipment (that my children were able to enjou regardless of their physical capabilities. Nearby is a beautiful (shaded) walking trail that is well paved for strollers. We passed a disc golf course before we ran into two more playgrounds with great equipment and an open field that was great for a picnic. The concession stand was open next to the stage, however we attended the park on a holiday so i don't know how often this is open. This park is a great place for kids to bring scooters and we look forward to...
