La Finestra seems like a nice place for a romantic dinner, or for a business gathering. We tried the restaurant because of the good reviews; and we were a little disappointed. The service was no doubt excellent. But the food and the seating could be improved. When the restaurant got crowded, the servers kept hitting the back of my chair every time they walked by; so it was very annoying and I couldn't enjoy my meal. The Fish of the Day was impressive! The pork tenderloin tasted too strong, and the meat could have been more tender. The pasta was okay. The bread didn't taste fresh, but the olive oil dip was really good (wish I know how to make that). The desserts were big, great for sharing. Loved the Semifreddo, although it had too much syrup. The Cannoli was good, just too sweet. All and all, an expensive fine dining restaurant which is probably good for special celebrations.

We came in on a Sunday, just in time to catch the live piano music, and it absolutely set the tone for the evening. Rodney (aka “Uncle Rod”), who was standing in that night, was incredibly warm and engaging—so personable and happy to take requests. It felt like we were part of something cozy and communal, not just dining out. I had the filet mignon special, served with pillowy raviolis and topped with sautéed mushrooms. Every bite was buttery, savory heaven. We brought our own bottle of Nottingham wine, which paired perfectly—thank you to the staff for being so gracious about it. Between the welcoming service, amazing food, and live music, it made for the kind of night I wish I could bottle up and replay. Highly recommend for anyone craving something special without leaving town (or in my case living in Alamo it was off our beaten path and worth the drive)

This is definitely my go-to Italian spot while I'm in CoCo County. Everything from the super fresh Caprese salad to the decadent Spumoni Gelato is wonderful. The Malfatti della Nonna and Cappellini con il Pollo are amazing! And to top it off on the house biscotti and Marsala wine to end the meal. Also have a great kid's menu. You can bring your own wine anytime and there is free corkage on Tuesdays. They have setup a nice outdoor seating area due to COVID-19. I also need to mention that the service is impeccable. I don't give out many 5 stars but this place deserves it. Must go if in the area. Awesome resto!!

We had a wonderful experience at La Finestra last night, fine dining at its best! Everything from the cocktails to food to service and ambiance was amazing and with great attention to detail. The uva passa for appetizer was delicious and very creative. The lasagna was excellent and seafood pasta was very juicy and flavorful. This was all while we were listening to a soothing beautiful live piano performance playing in the background and sipping on chardonnay. Jeff the owner is like a celebrity here, guests know him very well and while we were there we saw a few groups requesting to meet him and he was very hospitable, passionate and warm to his fans and guests. It was a delightful...
