Wanna go to a hardware store where the employees are universally polite, engaging, and knowledgeable? This particular location seems to consistently be like that in the 4-5 times I've dropped in. Even the young and less-experienced employees seem to have sufficient competence to answer questions or work through the best way to get you to what you need. What an amazing contrast with the "big box" hardware stores -- you know, the ones use an orange or blue color pallet for the brand? We just moved to the area and have popped in a few times. Every experience has been great and, dare I say, some of the best customer service we've experienced in a while! The vibe is friendly and relaxed. There is always someone available to help and we're always impressed with their recommendations and guidance. Very angry owner. Maybe he'll read this and it might make a difference? He yells loudly at his employees, so much that I hadn't gone into the store in over 2 years. Went in for something fast last week, and once again witnessed him yelling across the store to his employees, "Do I have to tell you every day?".

Not going back, ever.
