I wanted to give a big shout out to Wayne and Rob for making my first HD purchase a super experience. To start with, on Saturday afternoon 7/24, Wayne came out to the floor looking to help, I shouted out and he came over ready to help. Wayne was extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic regarding the line of HD motorcycles. Wayne addressed both my wife and I equally, pulling her into the process which was a really important to both of us. Wayne immediately made me feel welcome and part of the Harley family. Ultimately, I bought Harley over Indian because of Wayne's approach and spin on Harley. I finished the process of buying my Road Glide on Sunday, 7/25. My intention was to bring my old Yamaha in and start the process of getting is assessed for trade-in. This is when I met Rob who was eager to help. Rob jumped right in and went out to review and take pictures of my trade in. He apologized that he might not be able to get a response till monday. It turns out, that he got a very quick response and gave me a great trade in value. That solidified this deal in my head. I then asked Rob about changing my seat and putting on some accessories. Rob immediately introduced me to Brian and Jordan who were very friendly and quick to help me locate all the accessories I needed (which were all in stock!!!). Those accessories where added right into my deal... super easy. Rob then asked if I was in a hurry and did I want to start the financing process... I said sure, in about 10 minutes he let me know where the deal stood. I didn't have to fill in a single form, he did it all with me and for me... Excellent service! I truly wasn't expecting this on a Sunday! I then asked Rob when I would be able to come back and get the bike, he looked at me and smiled and said... How about today? I was shocked and really happy by that answer. We finished up the deal and the paperwork over the next 45 minutes. Rob had a few people wanting his time, but he took his time with me and never made the process feel rushed. I was his primary focus and this was truly appreciated. When all was said and done, Rob even helped me swap out to my new seat. Even though he had others waiting. This is really great customer attention and service. I said goodbye to my old Yamaha and pulled away from Garden State Harley-Davidson on my bright Billiard Teal Road Glide Special! I feel like I'm part of a new family with HD and I send a big thank you to all the team...

Thank you for being so helpful." -- I would give ZERO stars if I could to this dealership, the warranty department and HARLEY DAVIDSON!!! I don't care who's responsible for the piece of junk I bought, you should fix it. Once they sell you what you want, you are on your own!!! I bought my Harley Street Bob BRAND NEW June 17, 2018. After a little bit over 500 miles, the power coating on the forks bubbled up, chipped and pealed off. Some parts started rusting. I have over 50 pictures, but I will only post a couple. My brand new Harley is covered in corrosion and the spokes and other parts are completely rusting. Nobody cared at Morris Plains Harley Davidson neither the warranty department. In fact, the warranty department told me that I must live in a harsh environment or harsh condition in order for that to occur. Another piece of BS that I was told was that I must have rode on salt or other corroding agents ... The warranty department ends up the call saying : "Sorry, we can't do anything about that and your case has been closed!" See pictures below of my brand new motorcycle that currently has 2,000...
Ok everyone this HD Dealer is outstanding. Do not believe the BS reviews others have posted. Barry in Service is simply outstanding. Every question answered. Easy to schedule service. Ladies at the counter - Always friendly and will check for anything you need if it's not on the floor. They always say hello. Today I was offered coffee while waiting for service. The guys in Sales always relaxed and are kind to you even if you are just looking. Each salesman I have met will spend a significant amount of time talking to you and giving all the info you need. There is at least one or sometimes three or four or more of each model in different colors and options in stock. For Harley wear-tons of awesome stuff on the floor. Lots of other HD merchandise too. Ladies-they have a large selection of clothes etc for you. Today was at least my tenth visit there. Every time I'm there the store, the staff and the service is outstanding. Nothing less. Don't listen to bad reviews of people complaining about other brand bike comments or poor sales. It is not the experience you will have when you go there. While waiting for service today I saw a salesman sell a Roadglide. From start to finish the deal was done with the young man buying it in about 60 minutes. They were going over the operation of the bike and sending him on his way shortly after that. Garden State Harley get my five stars rating for my observations on how they treated others, the way I was treated and for their constant...
