I took two of my chains to be repaired at Aires jewelers. One chain was a yellow gold flat curb chain that I had for years. It needed a new lobster claw, loop, and to have the worn tab rebuilt. The second chain which was fairly new and was purchased in Egypt was broken by being pulled. It was a gold box type of chain that was more difficult to repair. I originally sent this chain to another jeweler to be repaired and I was upset with the results. Yes I payed a very cheap price but I guess you get what you pay for. Immediately when I went to Aires jewelers I was greeted by Chris. He was very polite, professional, and told me exactly how he would fix both chains. I was confident that he would make my chains come out in a better condition than they were already in. When I came back to retrieve my chains after the repairs I was beyond impressed with the craftsmanship and repairs. He restored my older chain to look new and rebuilt all the worn links and added a new lobster claw. With the other chain I was amazed how he fixed this chain. I did not know if it would be possible to fix the damage that had been done to this chain due to the style and complexity but Chris did an amazing job!! I was beyond happy and thankful for the time and effort he put into fixing both of my chains. Thank you again and I will most definitely be bringing all my jewelry that needs repairs to Aires jewelers...

The process was effortless on our part from selecting stones and reviewing the CAD drawing which really brought the ring to life. The result was even better than what we could have ever imagined. We couldn’t be more happy with the design, customer service and experience. Aires prices are very competitive with jewelers in the area and online. They are a family business that made us feel like family and they are our only jeweler now!
