I purchased a mattress from here in fall of 2012. A year and a half later the mattress had completely collapsed, you could feel springs poking through the cushion and there was a deep sag in the middle.
Store staff assured me that this wasn't normal and they'd send the manager out to see if it was defective and could be replaced under warranty. It took two weeks, a visit to the store, and several phone calls before their manager got back to me. He came to my house, checked it out, and told me that the mattress was defective and they would replace it.
When a new mattress arrived, it was very low quality and didn't compare to the mattress I had originally purchased. I received a receipt saying that the new mattress was paid for with a trade in credit for my old mattress. I left a message for the manager asking what had happened, he then left me a rude voicemail saying "that's what we have, I hope it works for you, goodbye."
The unprofessional behavior of staff and lack of communication about what to expect mean I wouldn't recommend...

After finding the one we wanted we purchased the bed and mattress set and scheduled the delivery time and date a few days out to accomodate my schedule. The next day I get a call from Don and he tells me that during our encounter I had purchased a mattress set and the bed frame I had purchased did not require a box spring after all. I was shocked. I had spent more money than I needed to, and he had called to let me know it would be refunded. Good luck finding that type of honesty just anywhere. Not only was the service great, but knowing they are not going to rip me off regardless of whether I am paying attention is a comfort I will embrace without a fight. Thank you Don, and the furniture store for not taking advantage of a busy family man, I will be back again when the need...
Read moreI went here to purchase a chair for a very ill family member. They delivered the chair the next day walked out the door and my ill sister went to take the chair for spin. She landed on her head as the delivery crew had not properly put the back of the chair on the base. I called them back into the house they fiddled with it some more and they tried reclining it once it was fine. I got on it I reclined it and again I slid off the back of the chair as they had yet to properly attach both sides of the back of the chair. I asked them to send an apology letter and maybe a bag of muffins to my sister who is fresh out of the hospital and now they're calling me a liar. Never, never, never buy from these people. I had no reason to make this horrible story up and all I wanted for them to do was apologize to my sister for not doing...
