Pizza Perfection — Restaurant in Moscow

I've never been to Pizza Perfection so I am defaulting service and atmosphere to 5. I ordered a 12" Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza via DoorDash.

I open the box and the first thing I say to myself is, "Is this even 12 inches?" So I got the tape measure. 11", which made me chuckle. Guessing it shrunk in the oven.

The taste is decent. It tasted like a bacon cheeseburger. My stomach was happy with it. I ate the whole thing.

The crust is just slightly burnt. I've seen a lot more burnt crust from Domino's by comparison.

The lettuce and tomato spread across it looks like someone took exactly one handful of each and assumed that was enough. It is not. Never be stingy with toppings! I was hoping for the small shredded lettuce. I think what I got is a weird choice, but lettuce is lettuce.

Biting into the pizza was chewy in a gooey sort of way. I didn't hate the chewy, it was just unexpected, interesting.

The pizza wasn't sliced through all the way, causing it to tear.

I thought about asking for a refund or a replacement, but I didn't want to be a bother. It could have just been a fluke or the cook had a bad night, but I am just not going to order from there again.

So I do like their pizza well enough when made correctly and have purchased a few hundred pies over the years, but they have a knack at being really bad at customer service so just know that if you do have a problem it's going to be your fault. Seems like an poor way to run a business but after writing 3 emails and 1 follow-up letter over a silly poorly made pizza that was really screwed up, they just will not respond or take any responsibility. So I stopped buying for the past couple months in protest - and recognize since they have few competitors I will probably finish my hiatus at some point in the future and go back to getting some pizza's here, however my review today is based on a reoccurring issue of generally fine product followed by inconsistent product or even bad and wrong orders at times, but don't complain - they just really don't care.

Update: It's now been a year since I last bought here. There are many other fine pizza places in town now and I'm a happy former customer. Still amazes me that they couldn't just apologize or fix the pizza rather than protest my action with no response. Turns out I don't miss them any more than they apparently miss my...

DO NOT order from here. They took everything out of my account, much more than the value on the bill. We tipped the driver in cash and noticed they cleared our debit account for more than the order stated. You took my lunch money for the rest of the week. Just awful. Some people are single parents single income, some people who steal from others have no shame in doing so.. how dare you, shame on you. Wish we would have read other's reviews and not used a credit card.

First timers and were treated like garbage. Pizza arrived cold and inaccurate. Called and spoke with the manager and was told there was nothing he could do? Really? Nothing...

We will definitely take our business elsewhere and I suggest you do to. Unfortunate because we order a lot of pizza. Was our first time ordering and will definitely be the last. This transaction cost this company upwards of hundreds of dollars. Dominos and Blackjack have not failed, and much better prices and pizza. Pizza Perfection? Pizza maybe,...
