MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Moscow

Placed order at 238 on door dash, times kept getting pushed back saying they were still waiting for my order. I ended up getting it at 350 pm!!!! I contacted my driver and they said they had been waiting for 40 minutes. I call the store and was told the driver had already left with my pizza and that it wasn’t their problem and that I should contact door dash I asked their name and was told “brandon” . So I contact the door dasher and they said they were still waiting and that they were “making the pizza now”. I call the store again and ask to speak to the manager. I explained my door dasher said they were still waiting and that Brandon had lied saying there was no dasher waiting for food. the manager said there isn’t a Brandon that worked there and that it’s game day and a busy day and things can get mixed up. I told him I understand busy but at this point it had been an hour for one pizza and that I didn’t appreciate the dishonesty and asked if a male answers phones up front and that he should do something about the fact they have an employee lying. He told me my pizza was being made now, and I asked an hour later?? The manager Tyler did not seem too worried about the fact they have an employee lying to customers. If I hadn’t called back who knows what would have even happened. I was given a milkshake and a cake to make amends and the pizza was missing some toppings. overall I’m very disappointed in the...

I am so disgusted and concerned about the food handling practices, cross contamination, and just general nastiness of this place. I've been to this location a number of time and its always the same thing....people with gloves but touching everything in the restaurant like pens to write our order down, utensils, dough, etc etc...literally everything with the same gloves. When you do that the gloves are pointless!!! And not only that but the disgusting paper that our names and orders are written on touch the food when it goes to the oven. And the employees are breathing all over everything too and I'm sure they don't always stay home with they are sick as this is Idaho and there's no sick days required. And there are flies. I'm sure many fast food restaurants are like this but it doesn't make it any easier to eat or less likely to make you sick or have an allergic reaction from cross...

The best darn pizza place in the 'Scow. The Subway of pizza places (saying this in the best way possible as a compliment). Been going here ever since I've moved to Moscow, and out of every pizza place in town, this one is the best hands down. Have never been disappointed here... ever. Sad to see some reviews say otherwise, but trust me, this place is the best for quick, delicious, customizable, cheap eats with a rockin' atmosphere and cool people. Every time I go I order my signature pizza (MOD, with 1/2 pesto, 1/2 white sauce, garlic, basil, mozzarella, chicken, ham, bacon, olives, and pineapple topped off with ranch) and it just gets better and better each time. Makes my gut and my wallet happy. Shoutout to everybody at MOD Moscow. You guys rock! Keep it up and don't let these negative reviews...
