Worst service, worst customer support. They do not know what they are doing. I spent ten minutes waiting on the phone with support while the chick tried to google how to do a reboot on my phone. The service is disgustingly spotty, to the point that it is a random luck of the draw if I have signal while at work each day IN TOWN. Anywhere else (Spokane, Seattle, Northern California) has been like playing 52-card draw. If it weren't for them being the only carrier that has signal (occasionally) where my house is I would NEVER have this provider. The first year was average to good cell service. Over the last 3 months, (Summer of 2022) I do not have service anywhere in Spokane and have dropped calls in a lot of places. I have been been spoken to support several times. They informed me their "roaming" partner doesn't support a lot of software updates and to expect blackouts for roaming. Because of the type of network, most areas outside of Lewiston are considered Roaming. I have traveled to southern Idaho and Utah and have no coverage at all. Terrible customer service and even worse coverage/service. I get no service in the middle of Pullman or between Pullman and Moscow, Pullman and Colfax, etc. Go with someone else!!! Also, I have made payment arrangements as I am unemployed due to the pandemic and every single month my phone gets turned off and they don't remember that I had set up a payment arrangement so I have to be transferred to Edgar who does remember but for some reason it didn't...
