We purchased what we thought was an M1 chip Ipad, while clarifying multiple times that it was the M1 chip Ipad, where the "technology" employee said it was. We chose to go to the vandal store to buy the Ipad over costco, who was $50 cheaper, because of a student special and we trusted the vandal store. Fast forward to now, we discover they actually gave us the older product when we had bought the newest product. THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE 2020 (older ipad pro) out on display or as an option to buy it, yet thats what they gave us. I spoke to my friends about it and one of them said they got scammed by the vandal store too and didn't get the right apple product either. They don't take back technology after it's been opened so by the time you can go into systems and check the IOS and chip, they wont let you return. Stick with the apple store or costco, do not buy tech from here, unless you want...
