Tye Dye Everything — Local services in Moscow

The shop is inside a shared business building with a pawn shop and a restaurant. Tie Dye Everything owner came in when myself and 3 friends were shopping around inside, all of us shopping while wearing masks. The owner loudly says to her employee "I was thinking about putting masks required for [restaurant] but not here." Felt like she was trying to tell us we didn't need to wear masks. We shop around for another 10 mins or so and she's eating at her desk, we haven't interacted. We saw some goods we didn't want (palo santo, not ethical to sell) and felt like leaving then, when the owner says loudly that she's not requiring masks in her store and she wants to tell us she's exempt. I told her "I'm just more comfortable wearing mine," and she gave me a really off-putting grin. She kept talking about masks, but we left as soon as we could. Absolutely amazing across the board!

I did not have the good fortune to visit in person, but, I absolutely love everything I ordered online. There was a small hiccup with my order right before it shipped, and I received a phonecall explaining what the hiccup was and how it had been corrected. Even though the hiccup was very small and inconsequential (had to do with shipping, not any items in my order), the fact I received a very nice, personable phonecall a few days before Christmas, during holiday peak season, is OUTSTANDING customer service.

When my items arrived in the mail, I was awe-struck. The colors are breathtakingly vibrant, everything fits as expected, and it's obvious that the coloring techniques used are professional-level. I ordered my boyfriend Tye dye overalls and he loves them! I ordered him his Jean size and they called to confirm and suggested I go up a size ( they fit him perfectly now) and called again to adjust the wash just how I wanted them! I also ordered priority shipping and they told me I don’t need to do that and they can get them to me before his bday , they saved me $$$ so nice.
