The lady working at this shop on 5/30 was very rude. My mom was shopping and needed to use the restroom and went to what was clearly labeled as a restroom. The lady from the front ran to the back and began banging on the door, telling my mom "to open this door NOW!" over and over while frantically trying to open the locked restroom door. Apparently that is their employee restroom (although there is nothing to indicate this from the outside) and their public restroom is in the front.
What a wildly inappropriate way to handle that situation. It ruined an otherwise great day out.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI not only shopped at the old location many times but also made several donations over the past year. After this place moved I wanted to continue to support them, however the store is much smaller and the selection of merchandise has decreased drastically. I took some donations to the new location as well and was told that they only take donations by appointment now. They wouldn't even come out to my vehicle to look at what I had brought. I drove it to the salvation army thrift store just down the road and they were glad to get it. Seems the humble hare is not so...

This rebrand/relocation has turned that experience into an uncomfortable, overpriced five minute walk around a shop that's 1/4th the size of the old location. Prices are INSANE for what is supposed to be donated stock and seemingly priced at or above retail. Like $20 for used coldwater creek pants?? You are better off going down the road to Goodwill or Salvation Army. I wish the store luck but I definitely will...
