My boyfriend went to pick up a bottle of juice for me today, he was sold the bottle of juice in the picture. Once he gave it to me, I noticed the cap wasn't sealed on (like a brand new one should be) but that is not totally uncommon in shops, so I wasn't too concerned about that part. Since it's a dark bottle, it took me a second to be able to see how full the bottle actually was.... It was almost half empty. Super disappointed and won't be using what is left in the bottle since it wasn't sealed off either and I have no clue if it's safe to use.

I hope this was only an accident.. but last week, I was sold coils, the same box of coils I always buy from any shop, only to get home, open the little box, and find a totally different brand and size of coils than what the box said they were to be.

Disappointed because I have never had either of these issues happen at any other vape shop and that they happened back-to-back, 2 separate purchases...

I am a regular customer in this store. Well this week something happened to my debit card so I had to order another one. Well in that case I have had to use what I had on hand which yesterday was 3 dollar's in guarters and 2 dollar's in dime's in which the girl at the cash register that knows for a fact that I always use my debit card wanted to tell me that she wasn't taking my change unless it was rolled. I said it's only guarters and dime's and again I said I had to order a new card you know I have never done this so come on. She does it. Today I go in with a 5 dollar bill I then give her 8 guarters. Ohh but it hit the fan when I pull out the big 6 dime's to finish paying her. I said come on it's only 6 dime's well this little child told me that she was then refusing my service. WOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU HONEY. MY GOD GO HOME AND LET SOMEONE ELSE RUN THE MONEY IF YOUR GOING TO TREAT...

Hey folks, I gotta share my awful experience with this disposable vape from that smoke shop. I was in a hurry, happened to be on that side of town, and thought it'd be quick to grab a vape from there. Big mistake! As soon as I tried it, the thing stopped working, and I was like, seriously? But you won't believe it, this happened to me before, like a year ago! I totally forgot about that nightmare. And guess what? The smoke shop peeps wouldn't do anything about it, no replacements, no refunds. Their customer service was straight-up terrible - rude and not helpful at all.Listen up, y'all!
