Mount Jackson Urgent Care — Attraction in Mount Jackson

I wasn’t going to leave a bad review because the first time I came to this urgent care the lady I saw was so sweet. I came in for a sinus infection and found out I was pregnant. I wasn’t expecting it at all and was super emotional. I didn’t think I could have kids. I’m 34. I had just come to terms with not have children. She prayed for me with me. 3 months later I went in for what I thought was a UTI. The nurse or whatever she was, was incredibly rude! I asked her some questions about what they had “found”… she snapped and said “it means you don’t have a UTI!” Um okay? I have gestational diabetes & she said “you’re diabetic and you’ve never heard of keto acidosis?” She had no beside manner at all! She said you need to go to the ER right away because we can’t address this here. I said okay… No one in the office spoke to me as I left. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I got to the ER they took a UA and told me that the number she found at urgent care was significantly higher than the number they found. I mean by all means go here if you absolutely need to but if there’s one a little further… make that drive! But to the lady I saw there the first time… thank you for being so sweet and wonderful. This is a great little urgent care/same day appointment doctors office. There's no having to go and check in, then having to sit and wait an hour or two before finally being taken back and everything checked out by a nurse, to then sit and wait another half hour just to finally be able to see a doctor. This office is just wonderful for urgent care and sickness care. They are always very friendly and thorough, as well as getting you in and out as quickly as possible while still treating, testing, and answering any and all questions you may have.
