Italian Touch — Restaurant in Mount Jackson

Don't waste your money on this place, today was my last time. I had ordered a fettuccine Alfredo and I was asked on the phone if I wanted their various meat options or the "regular" one. I said regular assuming that it was just fettuccine Alfredo. Upon receiving it I realized it had ham on it. I called back to discuss the issue as the person I ordered it for is vegetarian.

They explained to me that the "regular" fettuccine Alfredo had ham on it. I noted that the menu online says nothing about ham and they responded that the menu online is inaccurate. It would probably be nice to give people a little heads up as "regular" fettuccine Alfredo offers zero suggestion as to there being any meat on it.

I asked for a refund as the person I ordered it for cannot eat it and they told me the only thing they can do is have me bring it back in and make a new one. I live 30 minutes away so this option wasn't ideal. I feel like a refund is perfectly reasonable as I am an unsatisfied customer.

I have maybe written 3 reviews in my life and want to support local business and see them succeed but I'm afraid this place has just dissapointed me for the last time. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for myself and it's so dissapointing and flavorless. The person who helped me was not rude at all but I don't feel they offered me much help, a lot of "I don't knows"...

We order a simple large cheese pizza for delivery. Over a hour and 15 minutes later we call to see where our order was and we were told that its not on the way that its sitting on the oven waiting for pick up because they made a mistake, instead of remaking the pizza they send the hour and half old pizza. The driver gets here and tells us there was a mistake there's no need to pay GREAT we THOUGHT over two hours after we are all getting ready for bed doing our bed time routine we get a call saying our order was not paid for and the driver is on the way back out to pick up the money for the order. smfh not only did we get over hour old pizza im getting called around 8 pm by Italian touch saying I did not pay,Having an employee call and text me from a personal number is quite ridiculous. DONT GO HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS...

The absolute worst and the most rudest people I have ever had to deal with .every time we ordered from them our food is wrong . And when u call to tell them they say we lie n .. the next time we ordered they said it would be 40 mins ok cool .. but it was over an hour so just called to see my husband works nights so we were hoping to get it b4 he had to leave for work .. a man who barely spoke English answered the phone and I just politely asked bout our order he then began to rant bout being short staff , and the driver was very busy .and next time if I wanted my food faster then I need to pick it up...its not my problem u are short staffed or that u only driver is busy.. maybe u shouldn't tell people a time.. if u cant be on time . WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN . THE ONE IN WOODSTOCK IS MUCH BETTRR...
