I called ahead to check the stock of something and was told they had over 1000. When I arrived they only had 26. I double checked I called the correct URB as well in case I made a mistake. I gave them the brand and strain when calling so I'm at a loss on where the confusion was. I also changed my plans around last time to show up before noon to receive the discount. The manager took my order and did not apply it. (Non discounted item as well) Online ordering you're not allowed to order a quantity higher than 12 of the same strain prerolls. I've considered multiple times just spending less so I didn't have to come inside if I wanted more than 12 for pickup. This is bad for business. A lot of places offer 28 preroll packs so it's known in the industry that a portion of your sales will be more prerolls than 12. I also want to stress this is NOT a great area safety wise. Someone committed a violent crime at the gas station across the street in years past. This URB location forces customers to argue or unnecessarily confront each other just to order and management watches and doesn't speak up. There is no system staff has in place to call the next person in line by name. If there's a line you'll be skipped and staff takes whoever walks up to them first. This isn't wise. This is coming from someone who's lived in this area for years. This is a bad situation waiting to happen.
I really like URB itself, and maybe the manager is worn out with it just opening. They're dropping the ball though and most of these things it's been on them to have a better system already implemented. I noticed when I kept getting skipped in line to order, the door person gave management enough time to do something. When management did nothing the door person then came inside the room, apologized for what was happening, and took my order.
