Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Mount Morris Charter Township

After I got off work today 7/11/2025, I placed an online order for pickup at 645pm and paid for it online as well. I drive Over 45 minutes home everyday from work and wanted the food done when I arrived so that I can hurry and get home to my animals. I got to the store and grabbed my food and went home. Upon arriving at home I checked my food only to find out that it has tomatoes, mayo, and other toppings I did not want on it. So, I called up to the store and spoke with the manager to see if something could be done about the unwanted toopings, and condiments. I was told that nothing could be done since the order had been placed and everything was made right on their end (granted I placed the order wrong due to online features being difficult to place order to begin with). It was an honest mistake from someone that just worked over 11 hours not incuding the hour drive to and from work. Keep in mind that no bites or anything has been taken out of the bag. All I asked was for it to be remade to my satisfaction. Now I am not saying it was their fault that I made the mistakeat all, I take full responsibility for that. However, I had no idea that all of those things even came on a philly cheesesteak and what ever happened to customer satisfaction? If someone made a mistake and ordered their food wrong and never took a bite from it, I would have remade it and been happy to do it. Im not sure why managers now adays act as if they are taking a direct loss on a small family owned business, but this was just very distasteful interaction with a corporate organization. I will not be returning for any future services to any Charley's locations and will be informing everyone I know. Please do better as a corporation to find good managers that can represent your corporation better. They are the faces we remember! I will be reaching out to corporate to try and resolve my issue and pray that the manager is blessed in any way they need to be. No one should have to go through this over an order that simply could've been been resolved...

It's okay at best really expensive the sandwich is 12.79 for a large. of course they were out of regular and the small was so tiny there wasn't even half amount of the meat it was a half bun but not even near close to the meat in the large

We sat in the Drive-Thru for about 10 minutes just waiting for them to take our order she kept going I'll be with you in a minute

Then for 5 of us to eat it was almost $50 me and my daughter had to get large sandwiches because they were out of regular my girlfriend's mom got a small and again the meat was not nearly full so it was mostly just bun

They gave no kind of discount or anyting because you had to buy a whole large sandwich for a small and

They messed up my sandwich I asked for Philly cheesesteak with mayo peppers and onions no mushrooms It didn't come with mayo and The cheesesteak was so overcooked it was tough and no flavor other than hey its meat that's it. And it's just Philly cheesesteak it was very overcooked flavorless even the peppers and onions have no flavor

First time being there and so far not impressed

My girlfriend's son got the six-piece boneless wings and they looked okay but I don't know how they tasted because I haven't talked to them

But I know I most likely won't be back for the simple price of $13 for a footlong sub and they can't even get mayo peppers onions...

FOOD WAS BANGING! If your choosing arbys next door for their cheese stake its only for the price.The line spoke for its self so we knew it was about to be good. The employees could of interacted more for it being our first time there but they were still polite. We went 1 hour before closing. The drive through line was long with about 6 cars and the wait was only about 12min. Food Made to order and FRESH vegetables. The bread was super soft, veggies cold and chicken HOT. The bacon ranch cheese fries are better than wendy's baconator fries ever thought off being. Better value and more food for the about the same price! Bacon is really good here. Being from out of state I wish we had this in Ohio. Would visit again but is not a cheap spot to eat. Portions are good size. We got One regular meal upgraded and one regular sandwich without any dessert or extras was $32. Easily a $50 meal for 2 with desserts. The speaker was poor quality and not the order takers fault needs improvement hard to communicate with out repeating a bunch. Was almost a 5 🌟 star but not quite.
