Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Mount Morris Charter Township

If I could give 0 stars I would. These workers are some of the rudest people I’ve ever seen in my life and absolutely don’t belong in customer service. It’s a simple order and pickup type of place, but that’s never how my experience goes. I have a dairy allergy and I always order my drinks with oatmilk, today one of the workers must not have heard me over the drive thru mic, because when I asked if my drink had oatmilk, they all looked at each other and rolled their eyes and had to remake the drink. On one of my previous visits, I ordered a drink and got the complete opposite of what I asked for, and the employees always have the audacity to act like I’m the one in the wrong, and they have crappy attitudes. Unfortunately this is the only place I can go when I’m working on my 15 minute breaks, so there’s not much I can do. I work in customer service myself and I would never treat anyone the way these workers do. Literally just want to be treated like a normal customer, and I feel like requesting no cheese or alternative milk is not...

I have been going to this location for 3 years I have not had many problems,but pasr 6 months have been a little different,, I get a coffee with whip cream on top pretty simple, get charged for the whipped , but today was just about it for me , when I have to ask only certain ppl to please put right amout so it doesn't melt completely before I can open to drink it over and over and over again the same ppl almost always,, and today I was told it would be another charge for the same amount of whip I get usually i said fine gave them the money look away and I here change go into the tip jar ,, now I did have a penny coming back to me well 2 at theis point but it sounded more then two pennies .... its just change but the fact I'm always having to fight with same couple ppl for just some whipped cream on coffee is ridiculous and now apparently it's more because we'll they say I guess !! I'll just go down the road and take my money and business elsewhere....the convince is nice but I really shouldn't have to deal with this over just a...

No doubt best timmys in genesee county, id even put up there with best in state...your homies over at hill rd though be trippin...no boston cremes ever ready usually only glazed if lucky, cant get the sugar to creme ratio on point but when we say it to you, you guys are like what else?....not even thinking twice about it and its exactly the perfect ratio of said creme and sugar. Now as far as personality...yall wayyy nicer too and the blonde is really cute. I will say hill rd patty is nice...the others not so much....you guys are all patties except you get my order right on the first shot.
