First time in. Will took the time to show me around and break it all down for me so I could differentiate between some of the new strains that I'm not familiar with. He was extremely helpful and patient. Upbeat, friendly, all around made the potentially awkward or overwhelming experience (for me), very enjoyable and laid back. Left feeling like I was going home with a great, well-rounded selection of specifically geared towards me and my likes. He nailed it. Had a good, well-rounded understanding of what all they offer, their deals, popular options, etc. Will was super polite and knowledgeable, but also never tried to push anything on me whatsoever, so all in all, it was a win hands down.

No to mention, the store in general is set up really well. From the security, to the cleanliness and professional atmosphere. It was nicely organized, had an upbeat, yet calm, personable, and an environment with intellect, i.e. think career...but, seriously. Most importantly though, the entire staff was amazing and on point. Every single one of them made me feel welcome from the moment I opened the door. Even being out of my way and not necessarily real close to home, it wouldn't matter because this is now my store! Ha, now I feel like the salesperson but that's not my intention, truly. I planned on telling my friends and family about it anyway, so I figured I would spread the word for you to go experience it too. My rating would be five stars if it weren’t for my curbside pickup experience. This location moved two of their curbside pickup signs and now completely ignore anyone parked at those signs even if they have called the store as instructed. I parked in spot 2, called and told the person who answered that I was parked in front of sign 2. I was not asked to move or told I was in the wrong spot, instead I was told someone would be right out for me. I waited twenty minutes and called back. When I called back the automated system falsely told me five different times that my estimated wait time was less than 30 seconds. After waiting several minutes on the phone without getting through to anyone, I decided to just go into the store. In the store I was told those aren’t being used as curbside pickup spots and no one could explain why the signs are there or why I wasn’t simply asked to move when I told the person on the phone which sign I was in front of. If they aren’t curbside pickup spots, signs 2 and 3 should not be placed there. Numbered parking spots at every other dispensary I have ever been to are the curbside pick up spots.

There are signs inside the store describing the intended pick up process, but the whole point of curbside pickup is not needing to go inside. The curbside pickup emails and signage outside the store need to be clearer because your customers are not...

Edit:This place is still fire! Non stop quality. Great delivery. Meds on point. Just making sure people understand how good of a dispensary this location is. Adding a new picture of what I just got. So good. For sub 10$ a gram. When I hit 21 in Michigan I remember medical dabs being 30 a gram. Now you get 5-7 grams of quality meds for 50-70$ which is way better and honestly the testing is much better now.

So, I have had my med card for years. Ever since I was 21. Now this location always brings me the most FIRE meds on delivery! I only smoke concentrates, mainly live resin type or rosin. This location always has amazing dabs for a great price!

I can get a good quarter of a OZ of good concentrates for 70$ with a tip! Which is 10 USD a gram, which is amazing for delivery! The guys who drop it off are always nice, on time, and never get my address wrong. I have fully moved to ordering from this location.

I haven't had bad dabs yet, after over 7 orders. Which is what I like to wait before I leave a review. Trust me this location is the place for Med delivery, and REC if that is what you are looking for.
