I love ❤️ it when they have sales. It’s an excellent time to go in and grab your beauty needs and save money. Also they have so many exciting products that you can try before you buy. Especially foundation. We all know how difficult it is to find a product that matches and gives us the finis we’d desire. That’s no pressure to buy so you can browse as much as you’d like. If you need help they are there to assist you. Also you can get a sample of the foundation if you’re not sure how it would look in the natural light outside. We’ve all been there when we’ve purchased foundation and applied it and you go out to your car and look in your mirror and it’s totally different. My expression at that point is oh my god nightmare and try wiping some off. They have eye pencils and brow pencils you can also try in store. I put those on my hand to judge the color. Had a salon appointment with Sarah W. today and it has been a while since I’ve done a review on her and I just felt the need to do that today. I have been with Sarah since 2018’. Sarah has always been so professional, informative of new products to try, and makes you priority when she’s working with your hair. Sarah always ask me what I would like done today. She just doesn’t assume I wanted it the same old way. She listens so well, meets all your needs. Sarah always makes sure that I am happy and pleased with my hair style before I leave the salon. Always willing to make another appointment for me and make sure that I don’t need any other products as well. If I ever need help finding anything, she’s right there. She makes such great suggestions a new things to try that may work better for me. When she is doing my hair, she will try new products on me, which I absolutely love. I have been going to Ulta to get my eyebrows done by Maddie for years. I stopped for 2 months. And i went back last month to get them done. I was told Maddie was no longer there. I let the new employee do my eyebrows. I didn’t realize until i got in the car how bad they were. I was embarrassed to go back in because they were so uneven and my arches were gone.. i called the store and they took about 3-4 days to get back to me on what they were going to do. The manager offered to tint my eyebrows and a discount if i decided to go back to get them done ever. And i booked it for just the tint but i honestly never went because i just couldn’t go back and try to trust someone else to do anything to my eyebrows.
