Verlo Mattress — Hotel in Mount Pleasant

Jamal C. completely sold us on purchasing our mattress and the adjustable base. Before he had us even try a mattress, he asked us several questions about how we sleep, he gave us an explanation about the various mattresses Verlo has. Jamal had us lay on the middle of their line mattresses first, he also introduced the adjustable base. We tried 3 different mattresses and kept going back to our first mattress. Jamal wanted us to wait till we made our decision for a base, he had us try the single adjustable base then try the individual bases. The services Verlo provides for their mattresses is also another reason we chose our mattress, it is manufactured locally, they make adjustments to the mattress after you purchase the mattress if you need it. We also like the fact that this is a long term mattress, so when the mattress begins to show signs of wear, Verlo will re-adjust the mattress for a small fee, I'd rather have them adjust that having to go find a new mattress.

The delivery service was excellent, the two delivery service men were completely professional, they set up the bed, explained about the adjustable base and removed boxes and debris.

Have been buying Verlo mattresses for years - as had my parents and in-laws. Matrress qjuality for the price is great. In fact one of the replaced mattresses was a verlow from 40 years ago! Anyway - ordered a new Twin mattress and 2 twin foundations. Mattress arrive as ordered but the two foundations were built as extra long (XL) instead of regular. OK I can accept that could happen - BUT TWICE???!! Yes, even the replacements for the first delivery were wrong! Is no one checking someone's work even after they screwed up the first time? The foundations were tagged correctly as TWIN but were instead twin XL! The delivery drivers/workers were terrific and could not believe this would happen twice. I can't say enough good about the delivery people. The are friendly and courteous and do their job carefully. It is who is building these products that is the problem - especially if they don't care if they do things...

Very bad. My pregnant wife and i go to purchase a new mattress and leave after spending 1600 bucks. Delivery men ended up knocking over and causing the door to tear off and resulting in a not working grandfather clock that means a lot to my wife and the mattress had ripples in the foam. Frustrated as we should be, spend a lot of time talking to people regarding our issues. we got escalated to a manager that was very arrogant and told us that his delivery guys are not responsible for this and the will not pay to repair our clock.we ask for a full refund and we will go elsewhere. they then offer 100 bucks to help fix the clock. Now that does not even cover 1/3 of my wages i lost taking off of work to wait for these people to come pick it up for a repair then drop it off same day. we got a refund and went somewhere else and filled a complaint with the better...
