Complaint filled with Toppers via their website....
Ordered two pizzas Feb 22 (12:15am) for four employees and was told delivery would be in 45 min - 60 min. Since we are in a locked building myself and 1 other person started walking up to the entrance (2W) every 5 minutes from 12:50 till 1:50 when I finally called them back. I was told that the driver arrived, couldn't get in, and that they called him back to the store. We never saw a driver arrive, and they used the wrong number that should have been in the account (ending 3463). Basically they told us that they'd have to remake the order and then get another driver to send out which would be at least an hour later. This was after our company just purchased approximately 30 pizzas for a company 3rd shift function! I would expect a gift certificate for the two pizzas for making our employees wait tonight and miss being able to have pizza since our break is 1:30-2:00 and given that the order was mishandled on Topper's end.
This is not the first time employees on 3rd shift here have had issues with Toppers Racine. J. T. and S. S. have also had the same issues with getting pizzas, and in some cases they have paid with credit cards and received pizzas 45-90 minutes late.
Given the business that our facility (180 people) provides to Toppers in Racine both in personal orders and company business I would expect this to be considered reasonable.
I expect to hear from you one way or the other. Should you not honor my request I will present our shift's case (3rd shift) that we not order from Toppers in the future for employee luncheons.

Read moreSo we ordered 2 Large pizzas and it was almost an hour late to begin with. After we got the pizza we noticed there was no pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza and no chicken on the chicken pizza. Toppings that were present were only on center of the pizza. Next thing we notice is hair on the pizza. This is the worst experience we have EVER had anywhere and that's saying a lot. We then proceeded to call the store and were treated rudely by someone who claimed to be the manager. If your not even running a store with proper hygiene nor any kind of customer service when YOU are the ones who screwed up shows me I never want to buy ANYTHING from there again and never will.....nor should anyone else have to worry about this kind of thing from someone making their food. Beware buying anything from here as I feel at the worst you will get sick and at the best you wont get what you paid for. Simply ridiculous in this day and age to have to deal with any of this. Wish I could leave zero stars...
Read moreNot exactly the sharpest knives in the drawer. I ordered online and indicated that I would pay with cash. I have to admit that it was my fault for not verifying I had smaller bills (I thought I did, but forgot I made another purchase yesterday), so I only had $100 bills. I told the delivery man and his boss told him he couldn't accept it and had to take the whole two pizza order back to the store. I even indicated to the driver that I would give him the $100 that he could take to the 24 hr gas station a few blocks away to get change (I couldn't because I was not dressed and was at home with my child). He wouldn't do that either. Damn shame the stuff will go to waste. There is NOTHING on their website that indicates that policy is to not accept $100 bills. Needless to say, I won't order...
