I want to start by saying that the store employees (Mauro, Jag, Destiny) have excellent communication skills, are overwhelmingly kind, and incredibly supportive.

I ordered a king-size mattress on Friday, which cost nearly $4,000. The following morning, just after 8 AM, I received a confirmation email stating that my delivery window was between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM. I confirmed the time via email. Since the timeframe was a bit uncertain, I rearranged my schedule to leave after 4:30 PM and stayed home all day to wait for the delivery. I even avoided playing music or watching TV to ensure I wouldn’t miss any calls or notifications. I kept my phone in sight while doing housework.

At almost 3 PM, I received a message saying they would arrive in 1-2 minutes. However, by 4:30 PM, there was still no delivery. When I reached out to the store, I was told that the delivery team had arrived, knocked on my door, and waited for 15 minutes before leaving because they received no response. This was simply not true. I live in an apartment building with a secured entrance that requires a callbox for access, and I never received any call. Even if they had managed to enter the building through someone else, no one ever knocked on my door. I was frustrated because I had waited all day, and I honestly wanted to check my building’s security cameras as proof to demand compensation for the wasted time.

Poor Jag repeatedly apologized on their behalf and offered to reschedule for Monday since Sunday deliveries were unavailable. However, I was deeply disappointed by the delivery team’s unprofessional and dishonest behavior, and I no longer trusted that they would show up on Monday either. So, I simply asked for my order to be canceled.

I don't usually write reviews for anything, but I had such a great experience here that I just had to.

I needed to buy a mattress with some rather exacting requirements. When I went to a competing mattress store in the area, I could hardly get the time of day from a salesperson, and they tried to upsell me on a $2k mattress without taking into consideration what I actually needed/wanted.

In comparison, the rep at this Mattress Firm (Caleb) was incredibly attentive and helpful. He brought out multiple mattresses for me to try, taking care to select ones that met my requirements while giving me detailed answers to all my questions, and all without being pushy. On top of that, the prices were great - they have some fantastic sales for Black Friday. I even felt kind of bad for spending so little in the end after taking so much of Caleb's time.

I had initially planned to just buy an online bed in a box, but decided to try some physical stores on a whim. Boy am I glad I did! Not only did I get the benefit of physically trying out the mattress with a real live person to help me, but the price and quality of the mattress I chose were better than most of the online options I had been considering.
