This is the worst of my experience in any of the properties by Marriott so far. I made a corporate booking and stayed here for 7 days. Here is some feedback on the extremely arrogant and weird staff from this hotel … 1) When I reached for check in, I waited in the queue for 30 minuets along with 3 more members and the staff responsible for providing keys was roaming here and there with his mobile carelessly for 30 mins. 2) There were a total 2 towels in the room and kitchen was not properly cleaned. The room was not properly checked and a heavy noise was coming from AC entire night , due to which I can’t sleep. It took them 2 nights to fix the issue. 3) WORST ONE — I selected the hotel as there was kitchen in the room , so that I can prepare my dinner. But for 7 consecutive days those arrogant staff didn’t provided any room service including cleaning of kitchen utensils ,trash removal, or new towels. I went to front desk and complained 3 times in 7 days but those shameless and weird staff tried raising their hands and kept on cross questioning me with stupid questions like— when did u came, whom u complained for room cleaning, why can’t u ask the people cleaning rooms to clean ur room etc etc .. I talked to the workers who used to clean rooms, they told my room number is excluded from their list for any kind of servicing. I talked to the staff in hotel again but those shameless people seating in front desk hardly did anything. (thinking no one is supervising them and no one can can force them to do any work.) The person said they provide room service once in 2 days so wait for next day , but nothing happened in next day also. The guests in hotel are getting treated on the basis of their race… Finally I gave up and ordered all my dinners from Uber Eats for 7 days , as no-one came to clean the kitchen.. Finally trash in the kitchen started smelling badly in entire room. 4) Free Breakfast: they have minimal items on the name of breakfast, and they don’t have any information on ingredients of the breakfast along with any allergic information. I questioned about couple of items asking do they have egg , and duffers reacted saying we don’t know … I requested front desk to add information on ingredients and allergy, but as usual they made fun of me and said we don’t have any such provisions, if you have issues don’t eat them. Here are some pics of the room , which states they didn’t feel responsibility to clean kitchen, bathroom, change towels etc ..

Update 28Jul2022 Changed from 1 to 4 stars I gave Residence Inn another try for two night from the last couple of weeks. I'm very impressed, rooms we're perfect and I got a call from the front office to make sure thing's were expected. I even called the front desk late to request an extra blanket. They got it done really quickly. This weeks stay was even better, I got a perosnalized thank you card and some goodies. Great job from the magement to make improvement quickly. 👏 I highly recommend Residence Inn. The property has everything you need for a hotel with full kitchen. Great location and friendly staff for the one star. I walked in to my room from a long day at work and the TV is not working. I called in and it took two times until someone answered the phone. I was told someone will be over to fix it right away and I waited for 20+ minutes and no one came. I called again to the front desk and no one answers so I left the room for dinner. When I got back TV was working (yay), but no streaming works on the TV. The next morning the TV was not working again. Can't watch my news. I called to the front desk and no one answered at all until it hangs me up from the phone. This is not what I experienced in other Marriott. I'm not sure if the site is understaffed. I will request for another room. Stay tuned for an updated rating for my final day of stay. 2nd day, same issue, got a new room. TV works, but again streaming service were not working. I told the front desk and they advised to give it some time. 4 hours later still was not working. Just can't believe it. The TV was never fixed. I was told that they will add point for my inconvenience, but I have not seen it on my Marriot App.

As a Marriott Gold Member, this has been the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Marriott property. If my company hadn’t booked me, I would’ve left by now. I had to request cleaning supplies to clean the shower myself. The customer service of employees like, Shanell, and others is unprofessional and deplorable. The property is not well maintained, their housekeeping staff lies about cleaning rooms and then refuse to clean rooms during a 14 day stay (as they are mandated) on the every 4th cleaning. There is no evening maintenance or housekeeping, the hallways smell and are unkept, the plumbing isn’t adequate (two back ups) and clogs, and more that I can’t detail in a review. When you respectfully request things nicely requests either go ignored or are half done. Then when you’re righteously upset about bad service — they purport you’re being difficult when they didn’t follow through with what they were supposed to do. The pictures attached are of my “clean room” according to their documented notes. DO NOT STAY HERE.
