Murray's Jewelers — Attraction in Muncie

My diamond engagement ring was purchased at a national chain four years ago. I am not the most careful woman on the planet and kept sticking my hands in places they ought not be, resulting in bent prongs on the setting. I took it back to the national chain the first time and they sent it out. When I got it back, it looked like an angry gorilla had done the repair! There were deep gouges in the prong and I was upset, but happy to have my diamond back. The next time I bent a prong I decided to find a local jeweler to do the repair. I had heard of diamonds being "lost" or replaced with lower quality stones at this national chain. I was happy to find Murray's and ecstatic to be able to walk in and walk out with my ring the same afternoon. I have gone to Murray's twice now and plan on going to them more. I am a college student and they have been very sensitive to my budget and attentive to my preferences. The first time I visited them was around Christmas when I bought a pair of pearl earrings and a pearl necklace for my girlfriend. Many of the other places I visited had little to no pearls in stock, but Murray's had an extensive selection. I was able to pick out exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend Murray's Jewelers highly enough. The staff was always friendly, and Ryan Murray was a professional throughout the entire sales process. He was knowledgeable and happy to help with an engagement ring purchase, and was not pushy whatsoever. I don't know that I got the lowest price in the world, but I certainly got a high quality ring that I am completely satisfied with.
