Listen my son loves urban air and we have a membership so I'll continue to take him until I can get out of it after the year but I will not be renewing simply because this place is DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. I don't understand why this place isn't cleaned regularly especially being a kids attraction!! I know they don't clean nor sanitize at all because when we come it be right when they open and the place is filthy!! How is it so dirty and y'all just opened up? the staff is nice but they are NOT FAIR! they tell one adult you have to buy a pass or wear their socks on the trampoline but then you see another parent doing the exact same thing and they don't say nothing. They don't enforce the 'no shoes' rule because I see parents with shoes on in the trampoline!!! which is NASTY! ENFORCE THE RULES, BE FAIR, AND CLEAN YOUR FACILITY. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!! Like I said ima continue to use our membership but after that we are parting ways with urban air. Might have to try sky zone.

My grandchildren had a wonderful time at Urban Air. I wanted to do something different while I had my grandchildren. I already took them to Dave and Busters so I wanted to do something different with them. First off we went on a Saturday and around 1. It was quite busy as you can imagine. If plan to go, maybe try to go earlier or when they open. You have like 3 or 4 price points, so plan on spending a lot. I wanted my grands to have a full experience, so I paid the one lower than the most expensive price point. I have 3 grandchildren so I paid 98.00 and some change. You also have to pay for socks for them to run around in. Those were like 3.00 a pair. We got table, the kids took off shoes, change into their socks and set off. They had a ball. I got up every once and awhile to see where they were. Other than that, my husband and I stayed at the table. Your kids will have fun at Urban Air. There's a lot for them to do.

My wife and I were there today with 8 girls (girl scout troop) we were both shocked about how much these workers don't want to bothered to do there job! All young kids that care more about talking to other workers than actually doing the job! The absolutely worst and most disgusting part was when we watched a worker bringing pizza to a group and ate a piece pepperoni off the pizza as she is walking thru the park! My wife also said she has never seen bathroom more disgusting than here. Only 2 Stahl's and one of those had toilet paper! Beyond ridiculous! Also there was literally 💩 on the floors. Nobody cleans anything in this place. When we asked for ketchup at food bar you would think I asked for a million dollars. He basically refuses to even look until I asked for third time.

I ended up going to Urban Air yesterday around 7pm with my boyfriend. We tried to have fun, a lot of the courses really are great! My main concern were some of the employees actually. I don't say this to get anyone in trouble but just for future reference because after that we don't feel like going to this particular location again. When we were going into the warrior course, we noticed a sign saying to wait for an employee to give us the go ahead (we are new to this so we waited) the employee there saw us and did not say a word to us at all. We were waiting there for so long before I asked if we were able to go and only then he said yeah. We felt off about that but we proceeded to have fun anyways. Then we actually went to upgrade our tickets to do the rope course and the rock climbing. The guy with the glasses running that was very rude. He tightened my hair into the harness. We stood there for more time waiting to be let into the rock climbing section to which he turned around and said why are we still waiting here and we said we wanted to do those courses. I climbed to the top of the wall and got scared I couldn't jump down and I turned to ask if we could let go and he looked at me and didn't say anything and looked away. Then we tried a few others and after I went on the yellow stepping tower thing, he told me "last one." and we had to leave even though we paid extra to do more of those. That entire time I was trying to be very nice and even that wasn't enough for him to stop treating us poorly. The girl working the zipline and rope course was very friendly and so helpful. The woman and her daughter at the cafe were very nice and gave us fresh churros which was great! I just wanted to let you know of this because we paid a lot of money to be there just for a few bad apples to make it kind of miserable and uncomfortable. I give two stars just because of the nice women who were working last night and the fact it was a fun new experience for us. The other workers were ignorant and I assume it's because they are understaffed here. We were here at the least...

If I could rate 0, I would. When I checked in at the Waterfront Urban airs, the bumper cars was charging and with that deal I would have to purchase the platinum. I explained to the cashier that my 4yo daughter wants to do that ride but they said it makes no sense to get it because the bumper cars are charging. Fast forward, 30 minutes til closing, they finally opened the bumper car rides. My child was excited and wanted to go play on it.They said she was unable to ride it because she didn’t have the right hand band. I tried to explain the situation and the girl who was manning that area went to get the manager. The manager then told me I would have to pay $8 to upgrade. Please remember this place has 30 minutes to close and they had just opened up the bumper ride. The whole point of coming to this location, was for the bumper rides. My 4 year old heart was broken when she heard she wouldn’t be able to go on the ride. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate staff and manager. I would not recommend here ever again. My daughter didn’t get the experience that she wanted. 👎. I wasted my money going here. Also this vicinity seems to be short staffed, there were hardly anyone manning some of the attractions. At one point, my child got stuck in the ball pit and I had to rescue her.(when I came out of the ball pit, I was itching all over which leads me to believe that these aren’t being sanitized/cleaned on a regular basis). The trampolines and Dunk area, had no employee in sight. Because of this, the kids were running wild and doing whatever they wanted. Major safety issue there. To top it off, the tables were absolutely filthy, I couldn’t find anywhere to sit and have my refreshments. I had to sit on the high top chairs that were moderately ok. In total, I was at this location for almost 1 hour and 45 minutes and no one came to clean the dining area. Overall this is a Filthy, rude, under staffed , safety violation place to...

Omg this was a nightmare. I'm glad that I didn't get the membership because I dont think I will go back!!! We waited almost an hour to get in. There were no clear lines, just a crowd of people standing around, absolutely no structure at all!! We waited for 20 minutes just to get to the counter and them tell us that we had to go to the kiosk to sign on and do waivers 😒. The kiosk had more lines, and we waited about 15 minutes in those lines. Once we were done at the kiosk, we had to get back in line and wait over 20 minutes to get back to the counter 😳. Once we were finally in, it was like a free for all. Big kids were knocking over the little kids. There were supposed to be workers at each station, but I think I saw a worker once maybe twice and only for about 15 minutes, smh. I had toddlers with me, and though they were having fun, it was definitely frustrating to keep the bigger kids from trampling over them. This is not a place for toddlers regardless of what they say the age limit is. You definitely don't want to go on a Saturday. The whole ghetto is in there during that time with their unruly children, with no home or outside training. They have food there. The pizza tastes like cardboard. The chicken tenders were ok. The ordering process is sloppy and unorganized. You stand in line to wait for someone to take your order. They looked like they were understaffed and overworked in the kitchen area. My toddlers and I got sick from being there, so they are definitely not sanitizing the play areas regularly. Overall, the babies had fun, but I don't think this is a place that deserves a...
