Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Homestead

I placed a mobile order just now of an eggwhite grilled muffin and a chicken burrito. I drove to the window as usual. A 50-60s year-old Caucasian woman opened her window and asked if I had this and that order. I said that’s not my order and told her what exactly I ordered. She seemed a little lost in the beginning, then asked me if this was a mobile order. I said yes. She turned to me and said impatiently, and in a somewhat scolding attitude, “You need to tell us this is a mobile order or we wouldn’t know”. She then quickly slammed the window closed. This is not my first time placing mobile order. I was never asked before to help remind your store employees that I have placed a mobile order. There is no instruction on the app or outside the store to tell me to remind you that I have placed a mobile order. This particular store has lost its friendly vibe since the pandemic. It has lost the kind of “it’s my pleasure” attitude of serving. Many seem stressed and not smiling. The store has lost the spirit of Chick-fil-A. The store owner should read this. The headquarter should send somebody to go there as a disguised customer to check out this franchise store. Finally about the food. The hashbrowns in the chicken burrito are not crunchy but smooshed and soggy. I had better ones before from Chick-fil-A. I am eating...

Chick-fil-a, what can I say. The food is, incredibly, consistently delicious. In fact, I would say it gets better every time. Get extra chick-fil-a sauce. Trust me, you want it. Al is the man, if he takes your order be sure to give him a huge smile. Go for breakfast, why don'tcha? You've never had a biscuit sandwich like that... I would recommend the Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich, but ask them to upsize it. Large fries? Large soda? Yes please! And did I mention these people will come to your table and take your soda to refill it? At a fast food restaurant?!?!? Folks, this is the new standard. This place is special. Strawberry milkshake if you're like me and like it fruity sweet, chocolate or vanilla for that classic flava. Heck, cookies and cream if your one of them new age chunky cream kinda peeps. You should get some extra crispy chicken nuggets along with your order. It's like having croutons on salad. Except the salad is a delicious chicken sandwich already. Bring your kids, they'll love it. Bring your grandparents, they'll love it. Bring your boyfriend, he'll never leave. Bring your enemy, you'll resolve anything. This...

This was the worst experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant by far. I always do a mobile order so I can get my food and be on my way. We went through the mobile thru line. There was one car in front of us and idk what they could have possibly ordered but we got our food, ate it all, and then sat waiting for them to get their food so we could leave. We sat waiting after we ate for over 30 minutes because the lanes beside us were full and we couldn’t get around. Absolutely ridiculous. The runners seemed to have no consideration for this person whatsoever. She asked about her food after about 25 minutes and they told her they were working on it and rolled their eyes. She asked them if she could pull off somewhere and wait so we could get around and they told her to just wait. They brought some food out to her but it was the wrong food, so back to waiting. The poor lady’s name was Christen. They asked her at least 7 times. Eventually the other lane opened up and we were able to get out but this poor lady was still waiting. Chick-fil-A has been one of my favorite restaurants for years but after this I will not be back...
